If you don't believe me, please look at my before and after picture! I waltzed into this salon desperately in need of some brow TLC; they had become overgrown and beyond the scope of tweezer repair. Little did I know that my brows were overplucked, misshapen, and crooked. This is the biggest reason you should go here: I never would have realized, nor corrected, these issues without them! Femina and her sister, Rashmi, were kind but not dishonest. They pointed out these issues and walked me through every step of fixing them. The owner referenced camera footage and audio, so I asked for specific examples of what I supposedly said that was inappropriate or negative--not for the footage itself. I was never given a clear example. I understand an owner has a responsibility to support employees and investigate concerns, but customers deserve to be heard too. Sometimes acknowledging that a situation was handled poorly and offering a sincere apology goes a long way.
