Sunday after having limited vision for 12 hours I finally went to the emergency room. After a series of tests I was made aware that I contracted a severe eye infection and corneal abrasion. To make matters worst the salon refused to remove the lashes so I had to take that into my own hands. Upon calling the clerk of courts, college station chamber of commerce, and the Post oak Mall General Manager I have not been successful obtaining the contact information for the owner and the staff has refused to refund. The massages were really good and so the services that we got were great. The prices are fair. The rooms are very relaxing. But the downfall was that only 1 of the employees wore a mask the whole time. The receptionist did not wear one, the person I assume was the boss did not wear one, and my sisters masseuse did not wear one. Once we went back to our rooms I went out and kindly asked if it was possible for our massage therapist to wear a mask while massaging us because we were uncomfortable and they did and were very accommodating. Afterwords my massage therapist went on and on about how safe she is trying to be and how serious she is taking Covid as a massage therapist and I couldn't tell if she was trying to prove that she was serious or that the company was serious but I know it was to calm me. We are from a pretty liberal town and so I know that everywhere back home masks are still required but this was a shock that we were the only two people aside from the one worker to wear a mask, especially in a salon where before Covid some massage therapist wore masks for sanitary reasons. I feel that in a place where you are supposed to relax and while Covid is still a very real problem, if there is a sign on the door that says that guest are required to wear a mask then so should the employees. We just didn't feel very safe when we were close to unmasked people and we came to relax and feel good. I won't go here again until there is herd immunity BUT when Covid is not a problem anymore I would consider it since the service was so good and I absolutely loved my massage therapist.

I had a haircut with the stylist whose name starts with "H" on 8/21/26. I had the worst and the…read moremost expensive hair cut. I communicated my issue to the salon directly within the same day but no response. I am sharing my experience with the public so you can be aware. I felt scammed by the hairstylist. I made sure to verify the price before the hair cut. I was quoted $54. I thought was reasonable. Before we started, the stylist recommended a "treatment" but I declined after confirming that it is extra. Before she dried my hair, she put products which I assumed was part of blow dry process. However, when I was paying, I learned that it was the "treatment" I declined. The total bill was $110 instead of $54. I double checked the price before the hair cut to avoid the hidden extra charge. It was a 40 min pixie hair cut. I did not want to make a scene and argue in front of other clients so I just paid. The stylist did not clean my head throughly after the hair cut. I was covered by hair. My car was covered by hair after I drove. Upon arriving home, I had to shower immediately. So whatever the "treatment" I paid, it had to be washed away after the hair cut. I should have gone to the beauty school if I was going to receive such bad hair cut. It is uneven. She was trying so hard to put product and blow dry to make it look decent to cover up her bad job. I was quite horrified when she seemed to be done. I reminded her to look at the example picture I showed her before the hair cut started. She was unable to even come close to the picture I brought to her. I expected the fancy looking salon like that would take pride in hiring a certain level of experienced stylist. One last thing. I asked one of their receptionist to text me the address of the location. The Apple Map took me to the other side of Highway 6. I was late because of the bad address she provided. Make sure to search under "Celebrity Spa and Salon". Update on 8/24/26: The Salon called me back to "make it right" by giving me the store credit for my next visit. I am out of state. They understood that but refused to reimburse me via the credit card I was charged.
