When there aren't a lot of open restaurants on a Sunday night in Saint Anthony you'll take whatever you can get. To my surprise though this place is actually legit any time of the day or week. Mad Moose Pizza opened up recently and is a spot that you can order a specific size pizza and add unlimited toppings on it which is amazing, and for cheap prices as well. You order at the front and they'll bring the food to your table. I ordered the 8" pizza ($6.95) and add all the toppings I wanted, which are a lot. I also ordered the 4 piece garlic parmesan wings ($5.50). The pizza came out later due to a mixup but it was a solid pizza. The star of the show though are the wings. They tell you up front that the baked wings will take ~20 minutes and let me tell you, they are legit and worth the wait. They were hot and steaming and juicy. After my first bite I was just shocked at how good these wings are, especially given the location. Between the pizza and the wings it was the perfect amount of food to try a little bit of everything and for a great price too. You can order the larger sized pizza (11" for $8.95) or more wings (8 traditional wings or 12 boneless wings for $9.95) if you have a larger party. On Our trip from LA, CA to Ashton, ID We found this little place as we were on our way to our Air BNB on the road. So we decided to come. Tried it out and order the pizza, salad, calzone. The pizza is super soft and delicious. The calzone was melt in your mouth. The dough was super soft as well. The salad was great too. The service was excellent everyone was really nice. Time we waited was reasonable and the prices were extremely reasonable. Super family friendly and super chill place to come have lunch or dinner with family and friends. the pizzas are smaller than you expect. Theyve changed it recently to be smaller. My family ordered before a rush came in and yet they took more than an hour to make two pizzas. They forgot about our pizzas And then messed our first pizza once they got it out. on top of that, they never said they got it wrong until our actual pizza came out. They tried to take our incorrect pizza back to give us the right one. Because we started eating it, they didn't take it AND didn't end up giving us the right pizza. The staff was super friendly and the food was pretty good! I like that it's really cheap, which is great for college students. We went on a Sunday, so there wasn't many people, and I'm not sure how busy they get on other days. Their food portions are a little bit smaller than most restaurants, but it really cheap so you get what you pay for. I really wish that they had wall decorations, but it's still a neat atmosphere. It was definetly interesting that they had blank walls. We tried their wings, garlic bread, and pizza, which were delicious! Also, THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! Desperate for Pizza we ventured out of the campground for a meal on the town. Options for St. Anthonys are Pizza/burger or this place. I think we made a good choice. You order at the counter. Pizza prices look too cheap to be true undre $9 for a Pizza, unheard of! We order four pizzas and the desert Pizza thing, this was for four adults and two children. Seems like a lot of food right? It wasn't. Dont get me wrong the pizzas are delicious but really small with very lite toppings (remember $ 9 for a pizza with as many toppings you want!) Just don't expect a lot of toppings. We're just passing through on our road trip, but I'm jealous of this small town having such a great, yet simple, restaurant! They have pizza, chicken wings, salads, and bread sides. We had garlic parm wings trust were perfectly crispy; the cheese and flavor tasted like they were baked in, no tossing. We also ordered our own large salads, which have a crazy selection of toppings, middle pizza related, but it was fun and tasty! Really yummy pizzas. My husband and I went fishing with some friends but ended up not not being able to catch any, so we stopped by for some food later before their closing time. Came here after picking huckleberries. We were really hungry and ready to try something new. When we walked in the workers were busy chatting. We had to say something to get them to take our order. We ordered 3 large pizzas and hot wings. The whole time they chatted and I think they forgot about our pizzas because they burned a little on the sides. Not impressed what so ever. Very understaffed and felt like no one was taking charge. Manager was just in the back while all of the young workers were hustling. Our order was beyond messed up. Undercooked pizza and they wouldn't replace it- they said we would have to wait 45 minutes for a new one. 2 of our pizzas never showed up bc they "lost the tickets". Got a salad and it was soggy. Could have made a better one at home. The cashier was fairly nice, but nothing seemed professional. There was a worker just wandering by the bathrooms when they could have been helping. Visited on November 15 in the afternoon. There were about 4-5 other tables with patrons. We ordered the cheese bread, hot wings, and 11"pizza plus a couple of beers. The total check was $33 I think. Everything was delicious. Exactly what we hoped for and wanted. The pizza crust was perfect, the pizza ingredients were fresh, the pizza sauces were great, and the wings were incredibly moist--falling off the bone without being dry--and the buffalo hot wing sauce was the perfect spice level. We chose 'hot' wings but other options are available and I plan to work my way through the other flavors. Did not have a good experience. Called in and order for two small pizzas was told it would be 20-25 minutes we get there and pay and wait over and hour. Our pizza had been done for more than 20 minutes sitting into the the oven at least 6 employees looked at the tag and never once said anything.
