No one else was in the store yet they couldn't stay on track. Last time we went through the drive through, the window was open. Someone came and closed the window while we were sitting there without speaking to us. Another person came over a minute or two later confirming our order then shut the window. The first employee came back to take the payment of the card before we waited for what felt like twenty minutes for the smoothies to be made. I asked for my receipt when I paid, but the cashier told me the receipt machine was broken. When I realized I had been overcharged, I immediately went back and asked for a refund. Instead of correcting the mistake, the cashier told me they weren't trained to process refunds and that there was nothing they could do. I understand that errors happen, but customers shouldn't have to pay for them. It's disappointing that there was no way to resolve such a simple issue at the store. I hope management provides better training so employees can handle basic situations like correcting an overcharge and issuing a refund. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated, and I'll think twice before returning. I have reach customer service with no response.

When we asked the teachers what they would enjoy for a special snack during recess coverage, every single one said 3 Natives. Patrick, the owner, was wonderful to work with and made the entire process so easy. His team carefully prepared 7 beautiful acai bowls and 3 smoothies exactly to the teachers' requests, and everything was ready right on time when I arrived for pickup. They even added ice to my cooler to help keep everything fresh and cold for delivery, which was such a thoughtful touch. The acai bowls looked like edible art -- absolutely gorgeous and packed with fresh ingredients. While I was there, I grabbed myself a Pump smoothie, and it was delicious -- the perfect complement to my morning workout. I was especially impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff was. My smoothie was finished before I had even completed checking out for the teachers' order! The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and has amazing AC, which is such a gift in the Florida heat. It was stuffed with mostly just carrots and very little protein. I like carrots but this was overkill. The juices are already bottled in the cooler and the lean n' green (pear, pineapple, kale, lime) was tasty & refreshing.
