I've been through so many unsatisfactory experiences, again and again... been over charged again and again. Not anymore... Finally, I've found the place to go. Chroma Optics is a true opthalmologist experience that provides accurate prescription and service. Every step along the way from walking in the door through fitting my new glasses, they made me feel special and very comfortable. The whole crew isp top notch. I didn't feel like I was being sold to... In fact, they worked with me to make sure I received the best pricing for what I needed. So glad to have found them... patient for life... or at least as long as I live in Vermont.

It started out great, everyone seemed very nice at first. I got an exam and went home. That's when I learned that the key piece I needed to get my prescription glasses (the pupillary distance) they don't include that. So I call them up and everyone starts blaming each other. The people at the shop tell me to wait a day to to talk to the doctor, so I do. And when I finally talk to the doc, this guy is like Jekyll and Hyde. I mean he's cherry pie when you're getting the exam but after that, he wouldn't call you an ambulance if you were dying is his office. He's literally screaming at me on the phone saying, none of that's included. Do they tell you that beforehand? No. Only after. I've never felt so poor treated my a "professional." Also, apologies for any typos in my review... I still don't have any glasses.

I asked if I should find another provider, and the receptionist's response was "we've been encouraging people to look around." I asked if they are accepting new patients. She said they ARE accepting new patients. I suggested they stop taking new patients and give some consideration to their current patients. It is very unfortunate, because I really like Dr. Devita and this practice, but clearly they have no loyalty to their patient base, whatsoever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martell for what feels like eons- have always had a great experience…read morewith him but the staff is another story. They are rude and unhelpful. After ordering contacts, they failed to mention that they would not even ship for over 2 weeks. I told them that I was legally blind and could not see without them. They essentially said there was nothing they could do to help in the meantime (I offered to pay for trials or another contact that would ship faster). They referred me elsewhere. Won't be going back.
