I was so impressed by the advances in eye ware technology I expected the glasses I picked to be more expensive with all the lense features I ordered and I was so pleasantly surprised with the price for what I really wanted that I didn't bother to go through the option of pricing my second choice of glasses. only thing I don't like is the wait until my new glasses arrive.

This is the best place to go for any eye problems (which I have many). They do everything for eye care except surgery and then will refer you as needed. My hope is that they will stay here for many years . I asked them to only include lenses that would be covered by my insurance and basically they completely overlooked my insurance. They sold me the "premium" lenses and told me my insurance didn't cover progressive lenses, which they did (just not the "premium"). Weeks and many emails later, the manager ended up switching out my lenses for the versions that were covered by my insurance, however then left out the blue light blockers (which my insurance covers and I had asked for). The whole process has been such a hassle and I feel like you absolutely cannot trust what the staff are quoting you (they up sell everything). I do not recommend going to My Eye Dr.

After ordering contacts, they failed to mention that they would not even ship for over 2 weeks. I told them that I was legally blind and could not see without them. Based on my experience and feedback from other optometrists - they specialize in lens prescriptions and pushes other issues to other optometrists. Called with an emergency (potential detached retina) during the day on a Friday and they told me that they never have anyone on call and could offer no advice on who else to see instead and I was on my own to call around to find another optometrist. I did just that and found another optometrist, permanently.

Chroma Optics is a true opthalmologist experience that provides accurate prescription and service. Every step along the way from walking in the door through fitting my new glasses, they made me feel special and very comfortable. The whole crew isp top notch. I didn't feel like I was being sold to... In fact, they worked with me to make sure I received the best pricing for what I needed.
