Consent should be opt-in, not opt-out. Also don't spread essential oils without telling people what's in it because people have allergies. Also not a fan of the wu wu stuff about sensing and cleansing energies with hand movements, which is not even part of the traditional spiritual practice of yoga. I found a better studio in town.

However, they also do all the medical procedures, proscribe meds, etc. I find it just a better way of looking at my health and wellness. I have used a number of clinics/drs/do's over the years. Then I received a bill in the mail 2 months after the visit with a "balance forward" and amount due, but no explanation as to what the money was for (about 40% of the total cost of the visit). I called them, and they were very helpful in explaining that they ordered services for me that were not covered under my insurance. The explanation was very wonderful, and the billing department was very thorough in following up and explaining what the charges were for, but I don't understand why what was covered by insurance was not considered. Maybe it's just a sign of the times and our declining health care system as a whole.

This was more just annoying and dangerous for them, so we didn't let it ruin our game! After, we just brought it to the attention of the manager, who was very understanding and reiterated that was not tolerated and would be dealt with. We never expected anything, just wanted to let them know and she returned to us with a certificate for another round of golf. She was incredibly nice and super helpful! Will most definitely return!

Over the years I seen the ups and downs of the center. Right now things are going very good. The place is clean, it's open 24 hours with your key card, caters to Silver Sneakers members and the workers are friendly and helpful. This winter I had an issue with my key card not working. I told Bria at the front desk and she immediately took the card, went outside in the -20 weather to try it out. She went on the computer, did something and I haven't had a problem since. When the wife and I became Silver Sneakers members, Bria handled the paper work and it has been smooth sailing ever since. I use the center at least 6-7 times a week and highly recommend it.
