I went through and exited, realizing I had no access to the vacs. I pulled back through. I vacuumed and had to exit, and then pull through, to get the job done. Confusing process: The drive-in car wash requires you to pay at a cashier around the corner from the entrance with a gate. Usually payment is quick and convenient at the entrance, either via a booth attendant or a handheld POS brought to your vehicle. This setup felt unnecessarily complicated. Poor business plan. 2. Poor washing quality: The pre scrub attendant barely did anything, the brush barely touched my truck, and even after going through the wash I still had to wipe bird droppings off my windows myself. I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. The manager took a report, said they made a mistake and would refund my car wash and pay for my vehicle repairs. Neither happened, and after multiple attempts to contact corporate and visit the store manager who was not available when I went by the store, I then filed this on my insurance and am out of pocket my deductible and replacement of bike rack. Later the car wash did finally contact me after two weeks. After corresponding for several weeks they now tell me my claim is denied because of my roof mounted bike rack. For background information I have been going to a competitor for over 5 years twice weekly with this vehicle and roof rack and have used other car washes without incident but they are using this excuse to not pay for their faulty equipment. Stay far away from this car wash because if they damage your vehicle they will give you the run around and not pay a cent for their faulty equipment. Terrible business practices.

They have a special where if you buy 1 month you get a free month. I gave them my info like cell phone number and email address. It is for the purple wash which is $16 dollars. They have an unlimited package $25 basic wash $35 for middle one $40 for the purple wash I wish the hours were earlier as I tend to go to work at around 6:30am, but the good news is they open late at 8pm so you can get a car wash when you get home. I showed the employees my free coupon and they scanned it and let me into the wash. The wash reminded me of quick quack car wash as you go into the building and let the machine do the work. I wish the vacuums were longer however and they had the wide mouth piece on it as I could not get to the other side of the car with one of the hose and had to grab the other side. Now the question is would I pay the monthly fee, my answer would be maybe for a month if I am lazy to wash my car.
