I called and spoke with Patty, who answered the phone. Told her my dilemma, which was my onlay popped off and needed a recement. I needed pricing as I have no dental insurance. (I recently saw my dentist for my cleaning, exam and xrays so I'm up to date with everything.) I was put on hold and when Patty came back on she said I would need an exam and at least 1 xray. The fee would be between $200 and $400, which is absurd! I asked her why I needed xrays for a recement and she hung up on me! First, this is disgusting customer service! I called for dental assistance and she had the audacity to hang up on me! Secondly, adding unnecessary procedures to charge a larger fee is callous and unsympathetic ! A simple recement doesn't warrant an exam and xrays. I worked for a dentist in the past so i am somewhere familiar with protocol for a recement especially without insurance. I would have told her I was just at my dentist if she wasn't so rude and hung up! People lost jobs, have no income, are emotionally and physically exhausted by what's going on around us! To take advantage of this devastating situation we are in to get extra money out of people who are reaching out in an emergency is reprehensible behavior! I was bucking in pain and telling them that I could feel everything. They gaslit me for hours, telling me I had already had plenty of anesthesia and that I simply did not understand the difference between "pain and pressure." They even asked me if I'd like to pay $155 for Nitrous Oxide to soothe my anxiety. I told them clearly that I didn't have anxiety, I had pain. They told me several times that I could leave. Leave! With a partially removed cracked tooth and double the pain I started with. The lack of concern for my wellbeing and pain was unbelievable. Finally, in the last 30 minutes they made one last attempt to give me anesthesia in the correct location. Instantly, I was still and it was the first time during the entire appointment that I did not have pain. It was evident to the dentist the difference in my presentation and clear that had they listened they could have avoided hurting me and dehumanizing me. I complained to the office manager about my experience, but she only defended the dentists.

A horrible experience…read more I went there to get a crown on my implant. Dr. Patel got a crown done for me and charged $1100. My insurance later advised that I only need to pay $800, and Dr. Patel is not refuning the $300. I also got a veneer done with him and what a horryfying experience it is. Day 1: He installs a temporary veneer Day 1: 4 hours later the veneer comes off. Dr. Patel and his office do not respond Day 2: I have to run to his other office which is 90 mins away and get it fixed. Dr. Patel conveniently pushes the blame on me stating that I was biting it wrong and thats why it came off. Day 7: I go back to get the permanent veneer installed. Dr. Patel installs it and I have pain in the bottom of the veneer. He advises that its normal. Day 10: He sees me for the same problem and he says there is no pain and its all PSYCOLOGICAL. He also says that I dont rest my teeth right which is another lie. Day 12: I see another doctor for the same pain who adjusts the re-installs the veneer and all the pain is gone. When first discussing the charges for the veneer, the doctor said it would cost me $1100. Then after installation, the doctor charged me $1300 and an appointment cancellation fee of $75. (I never cancelled any appointments) When I inquired about these two, he writes them off as Professional Courtesy which is his way of saying he wrote it off. The truth is that he fraudlently charged the money and is not returning it. The doctor complained to me about his own employees in a different language. I should have walked out of his office right then. The fact is that he charges the wrong amount, and if the customer inquires, he pushes the blame onto his employees. I have reported him to the authorities.

Waiting in your car, temperature and blood oxygen check, the dentists and hygenist wearing PPE, a high evacuation suction devises when aerosol droplets would be released. My teeth were scrapped clean rather than using the ultrasonic tool. I felt as secure on that point as I could. Regarding Dr. Benish, he is a highly skilled dentist who has a lovely, efficient and caring staff. He spent a great deal of time explaining what he going to do, and what will happen. He didn't rush when it took quite a long time to get my crown to fit. He is truly I caring and interested in his patients. I recommend him and his office highly.
