They kept me up to date with their journey on my unique computer and even cut me a deal because more hours were involved than originally planned. They did not have to do that, but it was very appreciated. My computer now is super fast with the SSD. It's very cool that Waynesboro has a shop like this right in downtown.

Alex was very good in the beginning when I hired him through Upwork for the first phase of my…read moreproject. I could not have asked for a better experience. However, when I engaged him again for the second phase, he suggested that we go around Upwork to save on the transaction fees. I thought since the price was much smaller, and given our history, I could trust him. This is when my nightmare started. A few weeks into the engagement, Alex started to give me reasons on why the project started to slide behind schedule. He asked my to front the cost of the project to over his expenses. I had to explain to my colleagues why this was sliding behind schedule, I started to feel that I had to lie to defend the guy who I am paying. A few weeks later, he had asked for my address to ship the final product, I was ecstatic despite being weeks behind schedule. Then bad became worse... He stopped responding to emails, texts, voice mails, Facebook messages. I am guessing he will never return my payment, nor the components I shipped him for the project. Please, save yourself the trouble and find someone honest.

They pulled my receipt and then said I returned them a fire I had not purchased there. I have a fire on my receipt and only 1 in my house, I was told as she wadded up the receipt she could not accept the fire back. They had given me a fire that was not 4K but I paid 4K price. Then she told me I needed to be nice to her. All I said was I want to speak to a manager and I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. Honey that is no where near what you could get. Better training is needed.
