These guys were very thorough and professional in the beginning. Over the past several months it's been like pulling teeth to get these guys to come to cut my yard. They miss appointments and don't even call to reschedule. Whenever I try to call or text them (Colbey) I just simply get ignored. I also had very expensive lighting installed in and around my trees that I'm having some trouble with. Earthworm's has been unavailable. The one thing they have done consistently...without fail...every month....on time...is debit my account for $90 for services that were sometimes not even provided. If you don't mind paying for a service that you may or may not get or if you don't mind being ignored when you have questions about work that was or was not done...hire these people. As for me, when the contract is up I'll be hiring someone else.
