Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. I explained that I have just one magnolia that has gotten out of hand, and needed to be pruned, and shaped. He said he'd come out the next day, (Saturday) to look at the tree, and give me a quote. Now I'm thinking, "Yeah, right, he's just appeasing me, he'll never come out on a Saturday to bid on a one tree job, let alone even bother to dispatch a crew to do the job" I've heard that BS too many times before. My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency.
