He wants you to walk single file at a snail pace, I'm an adult and know what speed I need to walk around at. If he wanted to say something to me personally he could have, instead he decided to make a loud outburst and get everyone's attention. He got his little spark of attention and walked away, but this will be the last time I come to this establishment and spend my money. And for those who like details, hope this is helpful: I have been a returning customer since 2011, because I absolutely love and swear by this place! Finally writing a review because after 4 years of nothing but positive experiences, they've more than earned it. The other reason I felt compelled to review is: while getting my routine oil change at the "Quik N Easy" garage today, I learned that ownership recently 'cleaned house,' according to new management. I was definitely surprised at first, but ultimately very IMPRESSED with the results of their 'clean-up'. In addition to all-new management and employees, they're now sporting: 1. 'updated customer service'--employees now use iPads to scan the VIN # when checking customers in, etc. 2. expanded and upgraded service offers--like, for example, high mileage oil change options ranging from 5, 10, & 15K miles 3. WIDE variety of new discounts--(well, I think they're ALL new because I don't remember them offering ANY discounts before...) but now, customers who work in healthcare, military, public safety, education, etc. can claim a certain % discount offered per their occupation (these are just the few I can remember him saying this afternoon) 4. as well as new mail-in-rebates that accompany purchases of a considerable majority of their products and services. I've always really liked this place, and for the past 4 years (which have included 3 separate vehicles, foreign/domestic, SUV/coupe) I have come here, and only here, for every single oil change, carwash, AC filter replacement, and a bunch of other random and/or general maintenance. Management switch is new and still fresh, but they seem promising enough for me to confidently say that I'll continue to bring all of my vehicle maintenance/service business exclusively to them. I highly recommend this business to you, yes you: the reader, fellow informed consumer, and fellow 'Yelper.' Even though you are just as much of a stranger to me as I am to you, trust me on this; I would NOT have put this amount of time into a drive-in garage/drive-thru carwash review if the praise was not 100% EARNED. But, I am still a stranger, and there is absolutely no guarantee that my experiences are indicative as to how yours may ultimately be...but there's only one way for you to find out! Additionally, even though I'm only just now writing a review with high reccomendation to the Yelp community after 4 years of patronage, this is certainly not the first time I've shared my satisfaction. The owner, Dan, personally took the time to address a couple of concerns I had, which I deeply appreciated. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Plus, getting to meet their friendly dog Twix was the perfect bonus! ​Highly recommend this local car wash if you want quality work and great people. I'll be back.
