I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. It is a little out of the way place and don't expect a bright shiny business facade, BUT the job they do is UNSURPASSED.

The 1st thing I noticed was it was very wet inside{a good sign}, next I saw that the top value full service price was only $8.00{another good sign}. So, I deposited the $8 and got a message asking me to wait for the bay to clear out. After a ten minute wait I gave up and hit the refund button...no response.... not knowing what else to do I looked at the instructions and saw a phone # for problems so I called it and left a message. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the owner apologizing for my inconvenience and promising to send a refund. I gave him my home address and upon my arrival home received it in the mail. I cannot attest to the quality of the car wash{which I imagine is excellent}. I can only say that the owner does business the right way, and that is honestly. I would be glad to return and recommend this place to anyone.
