He yells at me "ALMOND IS NO GOOD - SQUARE IS BETTER" and says "WAIT UNTIL I'M FINISHED!" How is he going to tell me what I want for my own nails? At the end when he's done filing the color, he asks me very rudely "better?" I say they are still very sparkly and very square. At this point, he's shouting and blaming me. Other customers and employees are staring. I show him the photo of what I asked for and how it's nothing like what he gave me. He keeps trying to blame me despite me repeatedly saying that I didn't want this shape or color. As I'm showing other employees the photos, he is still shouting from across the room, and no one tells him to stop. I said "how can he yell at customers like that, it's very rude" someone said everyone says he's rude (then why does he still work there!) and another employee tried to blame me saying "because I changed my mind" despite me only ever wanting one type of nail. The princess pedicure was $28 with an additional $12 for gel, and my pedicure was $65 with an additional $20 for gel and another $15 for chrome. I've had chrome done at other nail salons and have never been charged an additional fee like this, so the $15 upcharge was especially surprising. I feel these additional charges should be made very clear to customers before the service is completed, rather than being added on unexpectedly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. I also had a nail that needed to be repaired, and while the nail artist was working on it, they cut me. I understand accidents can happen, but combined with the unexpected upcharges, it really took away from the overall experience. For the amount I paid, I expected better communication about pricing and a more careful service. I hope the salon considers being more transparent about additional charges, particularly for gel and chrome, and takes extra care when performing nail repairs.

Results 10/10 - I got my hair straightened with a bit of a curl to add layers and movement. The curls lasted for an entire week and I worked out a few times. The roots got a little frizzy from sweat but no hair dresser can prevent that! Little things: keeping you dry with a nice microfiber cloth at the base of your neck after deep condition!!!
