I accepted her recommendation to make an appointment with Madison. My hair was in very good condition. However, Madison, the colorist was clearly inexperienced and my hair turned out terrible. It looked like something for Halloween... grey, white and charcoal colors. After two more visits (1 to condition and the next to re-color) my hair was still not anywhere close to the pictures that I had shared and remained damaged. I was devastated. I needed to share so that a buyer can beware since the salon comes with high reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend VCS and, while I hesitate to write negative reviews, I would not want this to happen to someone else. If you do go there, select a different person, for sure.

I was the only person in the salon today (assuming because everyone is back to work after the holiday weekend). She did a great and thorough job and spent more time to take off my gel polish which was really nice (can be a huge pain!). My toes look good I just wish she would have spent more time using the buffer and callous remover on my heels and balls of my feet. She literally did two seconds on each foot which was kind of surprising considering paying $70 for a pedicure with regular polish. But now I walk into salons (including this one) and these ladies look terrible. No hairstyles anyone would dare want, no make up, clothes are trashy, and some look like they slept in their cars.
