My experience with Madel and Smith was great. I had 3 surgeries on my hand and wrists. So the whole ordeal was lengthy with L&I and all the tight ropes I had to cross, but all worth the wait. The worst law firm I have ever come across. They were handling a claim for me and the did nothing. I could have gotten a rock to put out more effort. They seem annoyed if you have a question or criticize them. . I was injured twice in a couple of years and now can hardly walk. They have refused to fight lni.
