We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. Not the end of the world. I show them a all the windows that need to be done. They said that is more than what I told them on the phone by 2, and they can't do it. Nope, they won't do that either. How about just two windows. Nope to that. The entire time they kept blaming the guy in the store "I can't do anything about the price, there is a guy in the store sitting there with a calculator. Not my job". Okay well I made an appointment for today, Can you at least do some work. "Nope we can't we are done at 4pm, he won't let us work later" well this was at 2:30. I called the guy at the store front who was very nice as always, he said he could do nothing about the guys, and he sympathizes with me. The guy in charge sat in the van outside sending his worker back and forth to the house to talk to me, the whole thing was very odd. They took all my storm windows and screens out, left the windows wide open upstairs, moved my furniture and rugs and just left everything a mess. Very disappointed. I made an appointment for window repair, not to get a quote and have the job of putting my windows back together. Once again, not a review for the storefront.
