Because of their amazing service I was able to get to a really important meeting in West Virginia; I wouldn't have gotten there without them! TEHCNICIAN DESTROYS RACK AND PINION!…read more On April 5th your shop attempted an alignment and oil change. I was notified at the time of pickup that the tech was unable to correct alignment in the rear of the vehicle. I was not notified until that time. I was charged for the oil change and the alignment. I took the vehicle on a quick trip and started loosing power steering fluid. Once I made it back, I had my mechanic look at why that was the case as he had just replaced the rack and pinion and a few bearings, brakes etc. I just left his shop and took these photos of my rack and pinion boots twisted up from your tech not taking the time to loosen the boots prior to adjustments. The driver side boot and seal has ruptured ruining the new rack and pinion and the passenger side.is twisted up from the same mistake. The photo below shows the extent of the damage to the brand-new parts. i HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE FOR YEARS Corporate is denying the claim, They wont stand behind their work They wont stand behind their techs DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICHLE THERE
