My fiancee had won a 3-hour Boudiour photo shoot in a raffle at a bridal show and secretly had herself photographed in some tasteful pin-ups. Though I was not a part of the shoot, she told me Joel (the photographer and owner) had made her feel very comfortable (allowing her mother to attend and playing music from her IPod), and that's incredible because of the fact that my fiancee is not an outgoing or confidant person. After the shoot was over, she invited me to Eclipse to pick out the photos I wanted. in addition to being a wonderful photographer, Joel is very personable, full of ideas and stories and overall a person I would have great difficulty in not liking. He spent a couple hours with us, giving us his insight and allowing us to decide which photos we absolutely needed. The only criticism I have is that actually recieving the prints took longer than I had hoped, though I can't fault Joel too much, as he has a lot on his plate, both professionally and personally. In addition to boudiour photos, Eclipse offers Engagement, Wedding, Senior, etc. A lot of Joel's incredible work is on display in his intimate little shop on Biddle Ave and he offers a large variety of options for your finished works (prints, books, canvas, aluminum). The sky really is the limit. Like I said, Joel is a wonderful artist, passionate about his work and very friendly. I've seen numerous photographers while planning my wedding and truthfully, the only reason he isn't doing my wedding is because I live in Toledo.
