I was nervous at first, but with her guiding expertise along the way I became relaxed and knew the photos were going to come out beautifully. I've went with this company twice. Beware of some serious upsell. I've done many shoots with…read moredifferent photographers and they are by far the most expensive and tedious to deal with. I bought a groupon for about 50 dollars I believe, and booked my shoot, forgetting how pricey they were. They send you multiple esign docs and info that could be done in one email, before and after the shoot. Pretty stressful and unnecessary. Ok, session isn't bad but the whole hotel thing gets abit old and tired. They are now suggesting to tip the photographers as well which isn't really an industry thing, but a CYS thing. The photographer was pleasant and got some good shots. They pose you the best they can in a hotel room. Pics came back, and I went on my laptop 2 weeks after my appointment to select pics. I chose a few and my total was more than it was at the Boudoir Loft and other places who let me keep basically almost every shot they took. IMO this company isn't where you will get the most bang for your buck. They monopolize on women that really don't know any better and have never done a photo shoot in their lives. I could see easily spending over a thousand bucks on selecting pics/editing if I didn't know any better. These are the prices, without some editing which they add onto each pic whether you want it or not. Photoshop is extra. A lot extra. I believe these are the prices I was quoted at my picking session online: Buy 20 or more pics-$69 each plus editing and tax Buy 10 or more pics-$99 plus..... Buy 1 or more pics-$139 plus..... No hair and makeup girl unlike other studios offer which makes a big difference. 2 stars for some good photography Minus a star for extremely high prices Minus a star for photoshop upsell Minus a star for tedious edocs and way they deliver the photos (you have to pay for shipping for them them to send you a flash drive I believe) CYS, be upfront about your pricing model on your website and offer package deals like other companies do. Hire and offer a MUA and hairstylist for shoots. Rent out Airbnb's or studios for backdrops. Hotels can look cheesy and outdated after a while. Don't suggest that the photographer be tipped, it's just added pressure for an already stressful time for the customer. Send the photographs via email like everyone else does. It's strange to have to wait to get a photo stick in the mail. Don't nickel and dime for every little thing. Your prices are incredible. Thanks for reading my review!

However, when trying to make an appointment to view my pictures online, because they won't let you look at them without an online consultant, they are booked out for the next 1 1/2 months! Are you kidding me??? I can't even LOOK at my pictures for AT LEAST the next 1 1/2 months! These were supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband - his birthday was May 11th. My shoot wasn't until May 27th! I made that appointment on May 2nd! The first available time for me to LOOK at the photos is JULY 2nd!!!! (During the day - I work an office job - so NO GOOD). 1st available evening is July 15th, I'm not available... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Perhaps viewing appointments should be set when photo sessions are set! You took my credit card number to charge me in the event I didn't show for my session but no repercussions for poor customer service on your end and I have to wait 2 1/2 months to even LOOK at a picture from when I book the appointment??? Guess I'll try to get in somewhere else & do a "do over" and so who wants my money....
