They tell you what they offer, but put you through hell just to get the services you're required to get from them. We have been dealing with them for years, until we've finally had enough. They do help you, but they are slow with it & are jerks!!!! The only way you will ever get full respect & services they offer, is if they were your payee & ripping you off. Once their filthy greedy hands are in control of your money, you will NEVER see the full amount again. And just to get them removed from your payee, it takes a long time YOU ARE A FOOL IF YOU TRUST RELIANCE HOUSE!!!!

I just want to say that this place is great. This is my first experience in a halfway house and I have heard horror stories. They are not true with this place. All our needs are taken care of. The management from the director Courtney all the way down the list really care about us here. There has not been one time that I have asked for something and it has not been taking serious. After a couple days of having a job I was bough boots. A Big help. I expected this place to be cold and emotionless but instead it is warm and fun and full of life. That would not happen without the amazing staff. Starting with Courtney, then my wonderful case manager Chelsea and then the resume specialist Brandi and the all around good guy Matt. My hands clap for what a good job Courtney has done!
