I feel that every time I come in to get my eye brows threaded the only person that does the threading which is Leila the owner is always to important to high on her high horse to care and listen to what I want and how I want it. I mean I am a paying customer right? Leila is always very quick to attack my eye brows and starts threading them almost immediately as soon as I lay down. She never allowing me( the customer) to express what I came in for and what I want. Its like she is to busy and to important to care. She gives me the vibe that she is doing me a favor by being available which I find it to be very rude and unprofessional. It's obvious that she knows that she is the only person in State College to offer threading which I guess boosts up her ego. She knows that her service is of value to all of us that look and seek for threading service which makes her nasty when it comes to hearing a customer out.
