I talked with several agencies and selected Comfort Keepers based on our interactions with the agency rep (Ron) who visited our home twice. They listened carefully to what our needs were and they crafted a care plan that is truly caring and supportive. Our caregiver is the best. Catherine could not be more caring toward both of us (I expected her to be caring toward my wife, but she has helped me in so many ways, too!) She goes above and beyond what we expect -- she helps me with housekeeping chores, doing laundry, engaging with my wife... she even helps out with our three cats! I know caregiving is a difficult job and I am so grateful for Comfort Keepers and Catherine. She makes the job look easy and I so appreciate her help. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caregiver.

They are running a fall break special for unlimited play for only $20 a person, most attractions were included (splatter room and human claw game were extra). For $20 it was steal of a deal, unfortunately they normally charge per hour for most activities. For me I know there is no way my kids will stay at one activity for an hour. I think they need to come up with more package options, maybe 3 activities for $25, 4 activities $33 or unlimited activities for $40. They do have small snack bar with drinks, beer, ice cream, popcorn, candy and other items. They have a retail area with shirts, key chains, sensory toys, hats and more. The splatter rooms are much larger at this new location. They do also have a couple of party room options. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely go back if they start regularly offering packages, otherwise it could easily become quite expensive with 3 children.

I don't even know why they even hired her or pay her because she didn't even know how to make a Shirley Temple, and that's a pretty basic drink!!! The bathrooms are really nice here too. I like that they have a door to each stall in the bathroom for added privacy. This club hasn't been opened but for a few months so they are still trying to gain a crowd. Before this club there was another club here and there was a fatal altercation which forced them to close and this business came to be. I enjoy myself when I come here so I can see myself coming more often.

When I went back for my next appointment there was a not on the door saying that they were in session and to call or text. I did both and got no response! I waited around for 20 minutes giving her the benefit of doubt. I called again and sent messages asking about my appointment and she never responded to any messages! POOR business practice in my opinion. I would not go back or recommend based on her inability to respond!
