Having visible signage that states "All food is cooked to order, this is not a fast-food restaurant," and serving room temperature food when the operation was not busy at all is INSANE. The wings were a bit dry. They could have used more sauce. The drums seemed normal, the flats were all kinda thin. The taste wasn't terrible. It just wasn't hitting like it should. The fries were still pretty good. I know they would have likely been top-notch if they were hot. I am just going to chalk it up to being a bad day bc if my food was hot, it was pretty close to five stars. I walked in thinking that I would be a sore thumb amidst a crowd of young adults, but that was far from the case. The bartenders and bar back are some of the better ones that I've met in the industry.
