She dismissed my worries about him turning the children against me, made me out to be the one "creating conflict" and wondered why I had "held on to" the tapes, as though that was a bigger concern than what he said on them. The one good thing that came out of the evaluation was that she did recommend therapy for my daughter, something my ex was dead set against. But if I hadn't had my hands full raising my kids and working on my second career, or if the acrimonious divorce wasn't already bleeding me dry, emotionally and financially, I would have filed a formal complaint against her. My own therapist was shocked and absolutely appalled when she heard this story. It took years for the legal system to finally see my ex for who he was, but it did happen. We would have saved time, money, and my children's well being, if she had prioritized justice over neutrality in our case. I agree with the other reviewer here who said Ms. Eidman seemed to have a vendetta against women. At the very least, she expected me to to do the heavy lifting and dismissed my concerns for the children, in favor of the well-dressed, moneyed man in the room.
