I ordered the classic Niagara Falls, Canada tray with pepperoni. For my American friends, this is a double tray with New York style pepperoni (not cup and char, though that's an option). Oddly enough, it's considered a luxury as a double item here! I eat and review a lot of pizza. I'd describe Frank's as a balance between Buffalo style, with its slightly thicker crust, and The Falls style, with its slightly herby, tangy sauce. It's a hybrid of the two. Is it good? Absolutely! It's got a great sauce-to-crust ratio. The herby, tangy taste reminds me of Sammy's on Hyde Park. The crust isn't as thick as Imperial Pizza, more like La Nova. It's a nice balance, though it's a shame cup and char pepperoni is a luxury here in Canada. That said, Frank's offers a great pizza with its own unique taste.
