I messaged Laci ( the owner) about the details of the house and stressed that this was a move out/ complete deep cleaning and I needed the house ready for the new tenant. Laci was very confident that she knew exactly what needed to be done and after discussing the location and details she quoted me $25.00 an hour. Laci came unprepared. She asked if she needed to bring her own broom or if she could use mine. She also used our kitchen sponge to clean the house and took it home with her. Laci spent 1h 45m cleaning and charged me for 3 hours. She didn't scrub the tub, shower fixtures or wiped the walls from the dust or hair. The baseboards in the bathroom were only half done. She left spilled rice in the kitchen cabinets and was appalled when I asked her why she didn't clean the stove top and said, "no one has ever asked her to do that." The windows, light fixtures, tops of the appliance, the interior of the cabinets were left dirty. She told me that the oven was as clean as she could get it and that the oven cleaner spray would probably get the food up. Being that she owns this Professional Cleaning company I was shocked that she was telling me what I could do to clean the oven, since I hired her to do this! Peppers deep cleaning service is far from professional. I had to hire someone else to finish the job that wasn't completed, is unacceptable. Please see attached photos of the type of work she's done. When communicating with Laci about my dissatisfaction she got really defensive and told me she'd come back in few days and asked for me to leave my house unlocked for her to fix the issues, then expressed that I should be grateful that she's willing to come back to fix these issue because no other company would. I asked her for a $30 refund, which she declined. *Since posting this review Laci has messaged me on fb saying I'm lying and that " well see how my review goes for me". I'm not sure if that's some kind of threat and if it is Laci, it won't be tolerated!!

I had arranged for a 10am Saturday cleaning. At 9am, she messaged me saying her tires were flat and she wanted to reschedule. That's fine, stuff like that happens, though I will admit I was a bit disappointed since I had canceled all my plans that day to accommodate her schedule. The second time, she said she would arrive any time between 12:30 -2:30pm on a work day. I asked if she could give a more specific time and she said no, so ok, I canceled all my meetings to accommodate her again. On the day itself, she messaged me at 7am saying she would arrive between 11:30am - 1pm instead. I told her I was only available after 12pm based on what she had told me previously, and she asked "Is there another day of the week that you're generally available?" I said no, I need the cleaning that same day since I had somebody moving in the next day. The moment I sent that message, she blocked me from the Facebook page. I couldn't even send the next message which asked her to just let me know when she was on her way so I could excuse myself from my meeting. Fine, maybe it was a mistake on her part. I texted her and gave her a clear way out without admitting she blocked me, saying I think there's something wrong with Facebook. She ignored it. The time window for her arrival came and went without any response, so I called her and she blocked me there as well. Gave her another 48h to respond because hey, maybe blocking me on multiple places was an accident. But there's been no response so far. So just a warning for others thinking of hiring her.

She was…read moreeven kind enough to change cleaning the day for our old apartment due to circumstances beyond our control. We're retirees and packing boxes in preparation for the movers was the most exhausting experience, but Marina was pleasantly accommodating. She promptly arrived at 9:00 AM, as we had arranged, and after taking a cursory look inside the apartment she offered her price, which was more than fair, and less than she had originally quoted on line. We ran to the bank to get some cash and other business and by the time we returned Marina & her assistant were done. We conducted an inspection and found the old apartment as good, if not better, than when we originally moved in (5-years ago). Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, to include windows, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and the rest of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. We were amazed at how fast she worked and gladly handed her the payment asked for, to include a small tip for her excellent work. By anyone's standards, Marina's Cleaning Service is highly recommended. He often stops by to evaluate the cleanliness of the office and if he notices something that he decides is not up to par he cleans it right on the spot.
