Eddie and TruCleen to the rescue! I just moved into town from California and hadn't seen my rental home in person until I walked in the door... and to my horror, the house was FILTHY, especially the carpet. It hadn't even been vacuumed. Based on the level of filth, I don't think the people living there really cleaned at all. It was also obvious that they had worn shoes in the house (a truly disgusting habit), as you could literally see the the most frequently traveled routes by the dark/dirty spots in the carpet. It was truly disgusting. My stress levels massively escalated, which was pretty amazing considering that I was already extremely stressed out from moving all the way from California - it's the worst, moving into someone else's filth. At first I thought I'd have to just deal with it, but then I was informed that my movers were going to be one day late (arriving Monday morning instead of Sunday morning.) So on Sunday morning, I called various local carpet cleaning services and found Eddie. I explained my situation, and Eddie totally came to my rescue. He fit me on the same day, a mere 4 hours after I called him. He came to help me with my horrible situation rather than being at home with his family on a Sunday evening. After the cleaning, the carpet was like night and day. I seriously thought the living room carpet was a brown tone but it was actually BEIGE. The powerful vacuum/suction tools he used also dug up TACKS and STAPLES that had been stuck in the carpet that my vacuum didn't pick up. I'd already stepped on a few the previous day with my BARE FEET (I'd stopped walking on the carpet barefoot after that.) I really appreciate Eddie's attention to detail and his job too. There were a few red/green paint(?) stains that wouldn't come out and Eddie got down on his hands and even scraped those off by hand with a blade. He totally didn't even have to do that, but I really appreciate the care and pride he has in his work. Thank you so much, Eddie, for coming to my rescue. It was already horrible enough that I had to move into a filthy home, but I have SO MUCH more peace of mind knowing that the carpet is clean, at least. My carpet was filthy to say the least. Not any more! Amazing job done. They look brand new. Couldn't get all the stains out, but, sure did come close. I'm impressed. I want his vaccum. Seriously, it got up so much cat hair I didn't know was in the fibers. It was almost another cat. Only have one and he is a rag doll. Fur galore. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked. 6 areas cleaned in 2 hours. Very friendly and out going. I liked that he pretreated with deodorizers which smelled of citrus. It wasn't strong either. He completed the job showed me before and after photos, and I was just blown away. Truly impressive. My carpets now look awesome. Eddy performed separate carpet and rug cleanings for me at two houses. The first was a move-in carpet cleaning (by hot water extraction), and the other a move-out carpet and oriental rug cleaning (again by hot water extraction). He was the consummate professional both times. He arrived at the appointed hour, and took great care cleaning the floor coverings, particularly the oriental rugs, which were relatively thin and required extra care and attention.
