They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. Fortunately, one of their trucks was in the area and they came out same day for what I felt was a steep price. I have paid less to have my entire house cleaned! One of the spots came back. With the holidays and chaos, the spot was not a priority. I finally called to have them re-clean and was told because I waited a month I would have to wait until a truck was in the area. They couldn't be sure what the spot was from after a month. I was never told there was a time limit if the spot "seeped" back. Of course, since I live in another city there are now no trucks scheduled and they will "call me". I will NEVER use or recommend them again. Not only for the horrible follow up but also for the initial cost!
