They were very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look brand new and we've had a lot of compliments on the quality of the work. We also had them scotch guarded. We will definitely use them the next time we need our carpets cleaned. The charge for the carpets and scotch guarding were very reasonable.
