I went here because my mom goes here and recommended It. First off I scheduled an appmt over the phone for 3pm on a Tuesday. I show up. They go oh you don't have an appointment. Ok. They didn't offer to make it better. They didn't discount me or work me in. They just said come back tomorrow. Ok. Came back for a SCHEDULED bleach and toner. I said I don't want gray or yellow/orange. I said I don't like silver or old lady white. I just want an ashy blonde that doesn't look yellow. Hannah bleached my hair. I told her it burned the entire time and she said that's normal. Ok. I had claustrophobia and she didn't care at all or offer to stop and rinse it out. I even asked can we skip my scalp and she just laughed. Ok Then came the toner. She put me off onto another person to do the toner because she'd double booked herself and that person was more important apparently. So she goes to cut and blow dry and shampoo other people while leaving me with an assistant. The toner came out yellow which is what I didn't want. So she tells her assistant to do it again. They do a different toner and it was burning so while she was washing someone else's hair I asked can someone come rinse this out? And she said ok. And she rinsed it out. Guess her assistant left. Then we go blow dry it. And I'm immediately shocked. To tears. It was OLD PEOPLE GRAY HAIR. Absolutely HATE IT. I look like I'm wearing a wig! Her solution - dawn dish soap. That's what she said to do. I don't even use dawn to wash dishes. I'm not putting it on my head to fix her mistake. I will NEVER step foot in a salon again. I don't care how many stars they have. They're pretentious and they charge you over $200 for something you hate. After THREE HOURS of an appointment I left crying in my car with a throbbing headache from the chemicals and my scalp feels burnt and my hair feels brittle as a crisp. The place reeks of formaldehyde and chemicals and there are no air purifiers or ventilation. I cannot believe I just did that. I will never waste money on a salon again. I am posting what I asked for. The cut and color. And I'm posting what she did. Appointment with Brandi…read more I ended the hair appointment in the middle of shampooing. I have a lot of hair. When I made the appointment I let them know this. I have long thick hair. I arrive at my appointment. The hairstylist comes out to get me. She says my name and then starts walking to her chair. Doesn't greet me - no nice civilities. I sit down and she asks what I want done. I tell her a trim and a layer or two. She says "oooof. You have a lot of hair." She seemed very annoyed. I explained I let them know when I called. She said they didn't tell her. I asked if that's a problem. She said no it's just an extra charge. I said ok that's fine. She started brushing my hair. She isn't brushing from the bottom up. She's brushing from the top down. It's getting tangled. She asks if she's hurting me. I say no. She doesn't say another word to me. Doesn't talk to me at all. She trims my hair and then says it's time to go wash. She starts walking not waiting for me to gather my things. I sit at the sink. She starts washing my hair. Again not saying a word to me about anything. A ton of water starts going in my ear. She hadn't given me a towel around my neck so I was using the cape to get it out. Water then starts splashing on my face. I start laughing at this point. She says "can you scoot back?" And then asks if something is wrong. I ask how much longer is left with the shampooing. She says "your hair is full of shampoo." I tell her I am going to end this when this is done. "So you don't want me to condition your hair?" No I do not. "What happened?" I told her it just seems the energy is off and sometimes people just don't connect. She said "you just seemed upset about the miscommunication with the girls upfront." I said "you haven't talked to me. Barely said 5 words to me since I got here." I put my hair in a bun got my stuff and went to pay. She was there and told me not to worry about it. I said I have no issue paying my bill. She said no. I turned to leave and she said: "you have an absolutely amazing day." Her overall attitude and tone and the way she treated me was incredibly rude.

After this I can't get my hair done thinking she could damage others hair on their heads.
