Steam was also included to soften the pores, which allowed for the manual extractions done safely so as not to harm the integrity of the skin. A customized mask appropriate for Thing One's skin type was applied as a last step. When the facial was complete, Thing One's face was glowing and pristine. The care shown in this appointment was above and beyond. I do intend to bring Thing One back at four month intervals for regular maintenance. #bewellcentraltexas

My favorite girl Sara is so awesome for facials I had to book around her days because everyone loves her! I get the signature deluxe organic facial which not only has wonderful different masks and steam but also parafin hand wraps foot wraps and neck and shoulder massage oohhhh so relaxing! I don't normally post negative reviews but unfortunately my last couple of manicures here just haven't lasted. I had a gel set that lifted from my nails in 3 days last summer. So frustrating.

I called a few days after I scheduled the appointment and left a message asking if they had an appointment available sooner (the Saturday before), but if not, we could just leave it as is. I never heard back, but I'm assuming it's because she didn't have anything available. I noticed that there was no option to cancel or reschedule on the website or from the email confirmation, which was disappointing. The day before the appointment I received a text confirmation and it gave an option to cancel. I was also worried about being able to find the suite once I got to the building, but on the last confirmation email, it gave instructions on where to turn when you walk in, so that was helpful. It was my daughter's first time to get waxed and the waxologist was really nice and made us comfortable. I told her I just wanted her brows cleaned up and not much taken off, and thankfully she was conservative with the wax. My daughter really likes her new eyebrows. My only complaint is the inability to reschedule or cancel easily. Since I had to give my credit card to reserve the appt, it's concerning that I might not receive a call back if I ever need to cancel or reschedule, and then might get charged for it. But I will return to her in the future and hopefully won't need to reschedule.

I left the appointment feeling like there was something legitimate in my eye. I checked over and over and made sure it wasn't a lash touching my eye when I blinked. Finally was brought to tears as my eye was quite red and just, messing with eyes and not knowing if it's injured is scary. After I cried, miraculously the item got dislodged and finally felt better. I woke the next day to a VERY red and sore eye in the same spot, not a physically inflamed eye area though. I don't know what got in my eye/scratched it but at the end with the lash bonding agent, possibly the under eye pad scratching my eye during the appointment...I just don't know what happened. She seemed to work fast which I don't see as a bad thing, but if it made this happen then maybe go slower? I just want my story to be a cautionary tale. Know the risks getting false lashes. Not worth the risk imo
