My appointment began with the nurse not knowing my history of melanoma -- something that should be clearly noted and prioritized after a decade of care. The doctor came in rushed, didn't take the time to answer even basic skincare questions, and instead referred me to their spa upstairs. On top of that, the prescription the doctor said would be sent to my pharmacy was never submitted. The frustration continued when I attempted to schedule my 6-month follow-up. I was told that the doctor I've been seeing for the last two years is "not taking new patients," and that I would need to switch providers within the practice -- despite being an established, long-term patient. It left me feeling dismissed and undervalued. Because of these issues, I've since found a new dermatologist and will no longer be a client of this practice. After so many years of loyalty, I expected better care, better communication, and better continuity. I hope they take this feedback seriously.
