It was nice to see the rapport between John and Carmen. My takeaway is that he treats his employees well, which is important to me when doing business. Some places didn't have prices marked on sale items, which I did not appreciate. They do this to offer you the highest price they think you'd pay, and bargain from there. I'd rather you just tell me how much it is and not try to scam me.... Especially since male vendors like to up-charge young women assuming we don't know what they are so obviously doing. I ended up doing all my shopping at Second Hand Lions. This place is located directly in front of B and A and has everything from antiques to clothes.
