Our site has been down…read morefor hours intermittently (totaling days) these past couple of months, costing business greatly. I have sent multiple emails and correspondence to Islandnet, with very little reassurance, in some cases no replies, and no satisfaction. The other problem is they only answer the phones during business hours, so no one is there after hours if something goes awry. They do at least speak English and have helped in the past with issues and set-up, but if it costs your business when you're site's not up, I wouldn't recommend them.
