I have gone through this carwash often since they opened years ago. I haven't washed my car much…read morerecently due to winter. I went through there today, paid $21 for a Supreme Wash with Rainex. There was a long line to get in. They have 2 lanes but one was down for maintenance or some reason. So the line of cars was very long. Got up to the building and they rinsed the front of my car off. Then they did not open my door or anything but pointed at the receipt in my hand. Window was up and hard to see through. I rolled my window down so he could see my receipt. I wasn't sure the guy saw my receipt clearly. Then he walked away. I started to put my car in Neutral and saw a big pickup really close behind me. I heard a loud grinding noise from the carwash so I put my car in PARK and the guy came over yelling NEUTRAL!! He drew a capital letter N with his finger on my driver side window. I put it back into NEUTRAL. Then I went through the carwash. I did not receive a wet cloth for wiping down the inside of my car. When I got to the other end of the carwash, I stopped my car. Two guys dried my car mirrors off and opened only my driver side door, wiped the inside edge of my door, which was still dirty since no one offered me a wet cloth. They did not clean it I'm really surprised they didn't offer me a wet cloth. I did tip them a little but wasn't sure they deserved it. I understand that they were working hard to get all those cars through one lane of a 2 lane carwash. I just have never had such a bad experience in a carwash.

Areas to improve: while layout of the pumps allows for a quick swerve in, it can be a tight fit & pulling back out can be tricky, particularly with larger cars.

Went to get a new key and fob for my truck. Over $300 for both and didn't even include programming…read more They wanted another $75 for that. Took the truck to their service center and they said it would be less than 30 minutes. It was well over that. Receptionist came back and said the fob wouldn't connect to the BCM computer, that I just purchased from THEM, and needed to bring it back the next day. No diagnostic code on dash or fault on my app. They wanted another $100 just to look at it. Found a locksmith in town and they had the fob programmed in less than 2 minutes. Took longer to tell them what the dealership said than it did for them to be done. Don't go here. Either their techs don't know what the hell they're doing or the business is out to rip people off. If I could put a negative review I would. Update: The receptionist texted me saying they still wanted the $75 for TRYING to program it.
