I've giving feedback because I think many people might have the same frustrations I did. If I was rated just the repair, it would be a 5 star. However, I'm rating the business and experience as a whole. With the repair considered, I'll give them a 2 star rating. Hopefully, they are open to honest input and use this as an opportunity to improve. First, when I requested a quote, I including all of the info they could want - Full description, photo of a tiny, shallow dent and location "92705". I got a pretty quick replay asking "Where are you located". It was clearly listed, but I reply "92705". The following day, I get a reply that just says "City". So I reply "Are you asking where 92705 is? That's Santa Ana / North Tustin". Of course, I wanted to say "It would have been much quicker to just google 92705 than to ask me twice for info that was already supplied", but I didn't. No response for 2 days, so I sent a message saying "Following up". Didn't hear back by the next morning, so I just called. He said he would confirm his schedule and call within an hour. Almost 4 hours later, I just decided to text again for an update. No response, so I sent ANOTHER text 6 hours later and got "Tomorrow is fine " and asked when I was available "in the morning". I replied, not response. Texted at 8am the next morning as I was staying home for this. He replied "11 am", then "12". Hardly "morning" but I was at his mercy. When I did speak to him, I asked what it would cost after sending him a picture of the tiny little dent on the roof and he said "$375 to $425 depending on how long it takes". His guy shows up at 11:25, starts the actual work at few minutes later and was done by 11:42. 17 minutes from walking up to my door to being done!! Sounds great, done so quick, should be $375 right? Nope, $450!!! I texted back and asked why it was more than quoted. I mentioned it took abotu 30 minutes, but it was literally less than 17 minutes and he says "Ok give me 425". Honestly, was a pretty clear situation of trying to take advantage of a customer and I find that to be pretty poor business. Repair is done and it looks good, but I wont use these guys again.
