I had an excellent experience. I was referred by a body shop who did not do Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). I texted a message with photos explaining the size of the dent which was about 3mm in size. I know it is not a very large dent but was very noticeable since it was on the front drivers side door and I can see it every single time I got in the car. I had an excellent experience with Supreme Smart Repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing PDR work. I initially called and he answered immediately. I explained the situation and he asked me to text over some photos. Within minutes, he reviewed them and gave me a quote of $450, which was far lower than every other quote I received (I was quoted $850, $1,200, and even $1,800 elsewhere). That alone already made this an easy choice. Scheduling was super fast. I called on Monday and he offered to come out the very next morning. He estimated the repair would take about 90 minutes, but on the day of service he arrived on time and had everything completed in under 45 minutes. The results were great and exactly as advertised. I contacted Joe, sent him a photo of the dent on my roof, and after receiving a quote, we scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a disaster. Not only did Joe fail to repair the dent, but he also made the situation worse. He caused additional damage to other body panels by carelessly handling his tools. Please take a look at the before-and-after photos I've attached to this post. Joe rushed through the job, pushed the dent out too far, cracked the paint, and left my vehicle in worse condition than when he started. After about 30 minutes of working on the dent, he stopped and told me he couldn't fix the large bump he had caused. It was then that I noticed the extra damage he created around the access points, where he carelessly pressed his tools against the body. He didn't even mention the paint cracks over the bump--something I discovered later after he left when I took close-up photos. Now, there's a noticeable bump where the metal was over-pushed (with cracked paint), and the rest of the dent is still not straightened out. It's one thing to crack the paint while working on a dent, but causing additional damage by letting your tools hit other body panels is just careless. Joe damaged three access points (where center tail light is installed) with his tools, and instead of stopping to prevent further harm, he kept going. You can clearly see the results in the photos. At no point did Joe inform me that the damage was too severe to repair with PDR, as he now claims. That's simply not true! While I didn't expect perfection, I certainly didn't expect a large bump that can't be fixed without chipping the paint or uneven metal in the rest of the dent. I also didn't expect additional damage from his tools because he didn't take proper precautions. You can't properly straighten an aluminum panel in just 30 minutes, which is about the total time Joe worked on it. At the very least, he should have taken more time to smooth out the dent and ensure no further damage was done. I'm extremely disappointed, especially given all the glowing reviews I've seen. Now, I'm questioning the credibility of those reviews. Joe's work was sloppy, careless, and ultimately damaging. He chipped the paint, bent the metal, and didn't even take basic precautions, such as using a protective layer to avoid further harm. What's most frustrating is that when he saw the damage he was causing, instead of stopping or taking necessary precautions to avoid more issues, he just kept going and made things worse. For someone with '20+ years of experience,' the work was far from professional. If you're considering hiring Joe, proceed with caution. I'm now left with more damage and costly repairs. I'm absolutely not satisfied! read more

I service requested and texted in to their contact number regarding a dent that I felt was fixable without replacing the entire panel. I got a fair quote based on the damage seen via the photos added here and was able to set a date of repair approx 2 days later & I was able to choose the location of my repair! I should also mention they are based in Huntington Beach & I was charged a small fee for them driving out to Anaheim for me, but the fee itself was quite minimal in my opinion. High quality work and I could barely tell that there was decent sized dent there after they were done with the work.
