Dr. Sorin Purtuc and his staff put me at ease yesterday which was not an easy thing to do after the bad experience two years ago. This doctor was gentle, took his time, stopped to explain nearly every step and made certain I was comfortable several times during the procedure. I hope I don't need another root canal but if I do, it will be to Dr. Purtuc that I go.

Since then I have been working with a couple of top-tier Periodontists that are significantly more expensive to try and repair the damage, and the experience has been a lot better. Unfortunately, the repairs so far have cost nearly $18k, and I have another repair surgery scheduled for next month which will cost another $8k. Bottom line - based on other reviews, I thought I was going to be in good hands, but please do your due diligence. It has been a long and awful journey. I hope others don't have the same experience.

No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one.
