However, I came in the very next day after returning from my trip to let them know and have it addressed. Despite explaining the situation, the manager refused to honor it due to their 10-day policy. I understand policies exist, but there should also be room for basic customer service and common sense. If I could have come in sooner, I absolutely would have. As a loyal customer who has referred many people here, it was disappointing to be dismissed like this. People don't come back to complain unless something genuinely went wrong. The service clearly did not hold up as expected, especially given the price paid. This was not about trying to get something for free--it was about them standing behind their work and making it right. Unfortunately, they chose not to. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning, and I will be informing friends, family, and community members I previously recommended this place to. I ended up going to QB Nails instead, and the difference was night and day. They were empathetic, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my nails. They even offered me a discount without me asking, simply out of understanding. My nails came out flawless, and I happily tipped 25% because of how satisfied I was. I highly recommend QB Nails for their quality and customer service. While Eva Nails may seem nice at first, my experience showed a lack of accountability and care when it actually mattered.
