Friendly staff and usually on time. Their rates are always reasonable. The bounce house is dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. It arrives well before the party starts, so our kids always enjoy the bonus time before and after the event. The mid size bounce houses are around $200-220 which is well worth a day's worth of entertainment for the kids. A few of the parents usually enjoy the bounce house too. read more

We were having a family get together with maybe 10-12 kiddos so we decided to rent a jumpy house. Did a search for jumpy houses in our neighborhood of North Hollywood and this place came up. I found a really cute jumpy house that was in the shape of Palm Trees since there were a number of kids aging from 4-12 that liked different things. There were Minions, Toy Story, Princesses, Star Wars, etc themed jumpy houses, so we figured this was neutral and we lived in Los Angeles, so this worked. I placed the order on the site and confirmed a few days before. This was scheduled from 12PM-8PM and they came to set up a little before 11am. They told me that they'd probably pick up the next day, but I guess its different crews dropping off vs picking up. A different car came by around 9PM and picked up the jumpy house and that was it. The 5 in 1 Tropical Combo was $219, $259 total with the service fee and gratuity . Kids had fun and it was great! Only thing I will say, the bouncy house has a "Basketball hoop" but they didn't provide a ball to actually shoot into it. Had I known, I would have gotten one. Some reviews are glowing accounts of everything going right. This one is different: my glowing review of when things went wrong and why I'll rent from this company again despite the mishap. Signing up for a rental online is wild easy, although it's a little confusing if you want to book for next-day pickup. I managed to do this wrong, but it doesn't matter: the company called me to clarify and confirm, so I didn't have to wonder if I'd screwed it up! So they actively helped make sure i had the reservation I wanted. Day of the event, the deliver guys showed up and were quick and cool with the setup. The bounce house we got was super fun - while it lasted. At some point a few hours in, something when wrong with the bounce house. I think there was an internal tear, or something, which made the bounce house unlevel. So I called the company and got a real human to talk to. They were super nice and reviewed my case quickly. At first they offered to send a replacement. However, then they realized they couldn't get anyone to me in time that day, so they offered an even bigger and better bounce house for free the following day. I didn't need it the following day, so instead they offered me a full refund (which came through really fast the following week). All in all, the bounce house was a blast while it lasted, and the company has been super gracious and helpful. I can only give 4 stars because, you know, some things went wrong - but all in all I feel like I had a pretty good time with them. (It helps that we rented the bounce house for mature adults, so we didn't have any upset children to deal with!) read more

My rentals arrived at 8:30 and were picked up at 2 pm. My service time was 8 am to 1 pm . My vendors , Photgorapher , catering were all here on time but couldn't do anything for 30 minutes when I am paying them Hourly . This then caused my party to start later and nothing was ready when my event started at 9 am . On the other end I asked for 1pm pick up as the jumper was on my front porch and blocked my entire driveway. I needed my driveway open at 1 pm because of my guest permits . This caused a major inconvenience . Also the white kids chairs and adults chairs were mostly dirty . I have pictures of them upon arrival . Not sure if we were responsible for setting up the tables and chairs but we did any way since we started 30 minutes late . I was offered 10 % off but I paid more more for my vendors , catering and photographer to stand around for half an hour doing nothing and think that is totally unfair . This was my first experience with them and they came highly recommended but I was highly disappointed. Pricing is very reasonable but I guess that comes with the cost of service and quality And in response to your response. The only reason you were in contact with me was because I called twice that morning. No one from your company called me that the driver is running late . I even emailed a couples days before the event asking for 7 am drop off instead 8 am and got an email back saying 8 am is the earliest. If that doesn't show that I needed my rentals on time , if not earlier , I don't know what does . Take some accountability and be more professional . Clean your chairs when they are in such filthy condition or invest in some new ones . No of this is acceptable . read more
