Great experience with Magic Jump Rentals! We rented the 5-in-1 Star Wars Combo and loved it. I checked several rental companies, and Magic Jump had by far the best selection with lots of unique options I couldn't find elsewhere. Their website made it easy to see availability, delivery was earlier than expected, pickup was on time, and the inflatable was clean. Communication was clear and easy throughout. Would definitely rent from them again!

0 stars!!! Take your business elsewhere because this company has excuses for everything and will steal your money. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone unless you wish to loose out on $294 dollars then be my guest and schedule.

I booked through their website so I can see exactly what I was ordering. it was exactly as pictured. I rented the Frozen bounce house with a water slide. they didn't care if there was mud inside the jumper because I had booked the insurance. i was able to ask for an earlier time and then I initially booked it for. i gave a four star only cause according to their email they were supposed to call and confirm their date and time. I never got a phone call and was stressing if I had booked the bounce house the wrong date and time. I called them to confirm. besides that, everything was great. the kids were able to play in the bounce house and slide till the person came for pick up. read more

Upon recieving the Sumo Suit Rental my guests informed me one of the suits had a Air Hole. I emailed a "Diana" as their concern was to make sure I was satisfied. Like I said I emailed this woman twice and I have yet to hear back from her. I was asking to have the Overnight Fee of $25 Waived, just saw they charged my credit card yesterday. This company does not inspect their equipment before they deliver. So rent at your own risk. I DONT RECOMMEND MAGIC JUMP RENTAL read more

Flawless process. I called Magic Jump rentals Saturday evening looking for a last minute water slide for my kids since it was going to be hot out that day. I was told I could book online so I hung up and proceeded to do so. After I submitted my order and paid my deposit they called me and told me the jumper I booked had already been booked and had no idea why the system let me do it. The guy I talked to basically upgraded the jumper for the same price. The setup process was quick and the guys who set up the jumper were very respectful and Professional. Do recommend! Such a great selection of bouncers, obstacle courses and slides! We had our son's birthday party in a banquet hall. Emptied out the tables and chairs and rented the Candy Land obstacle course and a small bouncy castle for the little ones. All you have to do is pick what you need from their site, measure your area to make sure it all fits with no obstructions and they take care of the rest. Excellent service, from initial inquiry through to the actual event. I would highly recommend this company. Oscar, the delivery person who both set up the bounce house, tables and chairs, and dismantled everything, was exceptional. Mario was the one who delivered and set up our rentals. He was 10 minutes early and called before he came. He was super nice and helpful and fast! Our bounce house was great! We also got chairs, tables and tables cloths. We also got a bubble machine which was a hit! Don't pass that one up the kids went nuts for that thing. I placed an order for a party and paid for everything and even though they messed up on their end, they didn't even try to help us. The customer service from management was horrible. We rented a bounce house for our family to celebrate quarantine graduation for my high school age daughter, but my 9 year old son and the whole family got to benefit from the celebration as well! The bounce house we rented was great! the men arrived earlier than expected and set up super fast. We enjoyed the house the whole day and were the envy of the neighborhood. LOL! It is a small business owned by a family. They were so good with answering all my questions and had the best price. It was a pleasure to work with a company who values my time and is flexible around my schedule. I really appreciate their honestly and hard work. The jumper arrived on time and my children had a blast. Delivery and pickup was exactly as scheduled. The delivery crew was friendly and professional. We were unsure of what style or size of a jumper we needed at first. We went with the castle one that has a slide and basketball hoop on the inside. We left a deposit and he showed up on the day we had discussed even earlier than the time we discussed. Our kids were super excited to have the jumper for the whole day for their birthday party which happened to be on Super Bowl Sunday as well. So it was a win win for the kids and for the parents. Did I mention that the jumper was the cleanest I've ever rented or seen? Once he setup the castle jumper he even wiped it down and vacuumed it to be sure it was super clean for the kids. When it was time he came and disassembled it and everything went so smoothly. I will definitely be using Leo's Jumpers and calling Hayk again for any events we have. Thanks so much!

Thankfully I did a search on Yelp and found Dinos party supply in the valley. I messaged them to ask about the availability of a few characters and they responded right away with pictures. I visited the next day and found the party supply store located in a quaint shopping center. When I arrived I found the staff to be very welcoming and warm. They helped me find what I was looking for and made recommendations on candy and a stick to hit the piñata. The piñata was huge and a reasonable price. The guests at my party had a wonderful time with the activity. Now that I know that Dinos exists I'll be sure to stop there for all of my future party needs.

Horrible. The last thing the pickup driver said to me was "We don't care about you, we're the biggest jump rental company there is!" then "We're gonna charge you for damage!" (there is none). I ordered a jump house for my boy's 3rd birthday party. He was SO excited. When I ordered I asked the lady over the phone what time they would come pick up the jumper as I was sure the kids will want to play on it the morning after. She assured me they will come no earlier then 12 noon. When they dropped it off the driver repeated that they be back at 12 noon the next day so the kids will have time in the morning to keep playing. The next day another driver came at 9am to pick it up. I was surprised and confused. I checked my email receipt as well as the paper work the driver gave me when he dropped it off the day before and confirmed it: Drop-Off Time: 06/16/2018 3:00pm Pick-Up Time: 06/17/2018 12:00pm When I explained that I have the jump house until noon he grew impatient and rude. He said he has other pick ups to do and that if I check the "fine print" they can pick it up as early at 8am. I called the main number and I was told (equally as rudely) the same thing and "If you want to keep the jumper longer you will be charged for another full day". The driver packed the jump house as my 3 year old stood there crying. Magic Jump Rentals doesn't care about you, they're the biggest jump rental company there is. read more

I LOVE MJR! I have rented from this company several times, and THEY CAN'T BE BEAT!!! They have been my go to party rental company for every and any occasion. They have everything to make your party special: Bounce Houses for the little ones, Obstacle Courses for the competitive teenagers, Interactive Games for the child in every adult, and even concession machines, bubble machines, and other items to make sure you have what you need for your party. The delivery guys are always on time, deliver, and set up the bouncers in our back yard, with a smile on their face. They have tables and chairs for both adults, and children, and even different colored table covers (WooHoo). We ordered their Super Giant Wave Slip and Slide in the summer for our back yard summer party, and the water slide was a big hit! All the kids had a blast, and even the adults got to enjoy the unit. The unit was VERY CLEAN, in perfect condition, and it worked great. We were given advice to turn off the water when the unit was not being used (to save water). We have an upcoming order for their inflatable movie screen, along with other items for our back yard anniversary party! I planned an event involving kids from ages 2-15 yrs. I explained the concept of the event to the company and was given suggestions on what could work. A waterslide/jumper combo was suggested & delivered. On the day of the event, the driver arrived early, didn't complete the set up (water attachments), and failed to give us the advertised 5% discount for paying cash at time of delivery. I had concerns immediately about the appearance and the size of the unit. The combo appeared very dingy and too small for the number of kids and the ages that would be attending the event. The combo would be great for younger kids, but would not be very entertaining for the pre-teens and teens. I called the company immediately to explain the situation. The customer service rep not only informed me that there was nothing they could do; but added insult to injury by telling me that the combo would work. I can't begin to explain how much that comment alone infuriated me. I expected more from a company of its size. In the future, I will give my business to the local 'mom & pop' party stores. They seem to be more connected with their customers. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend their services. read more

Pre-pandemic, I would have given Magic Jump Rentals 5 stars. Now, I wish I could give them zero stars. We had 20 chairs and an axe throwing inflatable delivered Sunday March 13. The delivery guy did not have us sign anything (like the 5+ previous times I've used the company). The axe throwing inflatable looked cool but was truly disappointing since none of the velcro worked. Same delivery guy showed up later in the day to collect the items. My husband gave him $220 cash - representing the balance due and a nice tip. Again, we signed nothing, no paper work, like we've had to previously. Sure enough, Magic Jump Rentals charged my card for the remaining balance the next day. I immediately reached out to them via email and they said they would get back to me. I have now called 4 times and left messages and emailed 7 times without any response. I have expressed to them I have been a loyal customer for 9 years - for almost all my children's birthday parties. I almost always pay cash on day of delivery (since there is sometimes a reduced price incentive if paying cash). But, being ignored is truly a turn off and I would never ever recommend using Magic Jump Rentals ever again. read more

After much online research, this company is the only one I found in southern CA that has western-themed jumpers, which I needed for my daughter's birthday party. I ended up renting a very nice and clean horse jumper. My daughter and all the kids loved it! It was delivered on time and the delivery guys set it up really fast. They have a wide variety of jumpers and other party rentals to choose from - you are sure to find what you need. Booking on their website was very easy and convenient. If the jumper you want is not available for your event date, they can notify you if someone else cancels and the item becomes available. This is how I got the horse jumper - a notification was e-mailed to me just in the nick of time! The owner of this business, Arthur, takes pride in what he does and wants to ensure that customers are fully satisfied. I rented from Magic Jump Rentals this weekend for my son's birthday and had an incredible experience from beginning to end. The customer service was amazing--when I called, I spoke to a very helpful and friendly gentleman who walked me through the best inflatable options for our event. He also explained what to expect with the rental chairs, which turned out to be perfect for our park setup. The delivery driver was also fantastic--on time, professional, and helpful during setup and pickup. The office even called to check in several times and sent reminders for missing contracts and payment, which really helped keep everything stress-free. I'm definitely renting from them again. I had a very bad experience with magic jump rentals. It was my daughter's birthday the jumper was delivered filthy full of insects, empty chips and cookies bags, pieces of chips laying all around. I emailed them to let them know and ask for a refund. They denied it and would not even offer any discount for bringing a non-sanitized jumper. My daughter went in there first and couldn't even jump due to how filty it was. Will never rent from them again not becuase it was dirty but because they have no customer service. Dirty can happen if they apologized and accepted their mistakea and offered something to make a customer happy not tell them that they lied about it. read more

I've rented from Magic Jump three times now- twice for birthday bouncy houses and once for tables and chairs. They have always been reliable, responsive, on time and well priced. The delivery crew is friendly and efficient, the rentals have been clean and well maintained. They have a great selection of cute designs and the web site is very easy to use (although I did neglect to complete my reservation last time and nearly had nothing to show for my daughter's party. Fortunately the dispatcher I spoke with was amazing and hooked me up right away and I had my bounce house for the party without missing a beat!) Do not use this company. I ordered a jumper and a bubble machine. The price quoted on their website check out was $110. When the driver showed up to deliver the invoice was for $140 ($30 more than what I had agreed on) Than when I went to turn the bubble machine it did not work. (I should have had the driver test the bubble machine before he left) But I was charged $30 for a bubble machine that did not make any bubbles, Kids were disappointed! When driver returned to pick up he said he couldn't do anything about the bubble machine. I was very disappointed with their services. I will not use their services again. We ordered a jumbo bouncer and 5 long tables plus 40 chairs for my son's 6th birthday party in Huntington Beach on Saturday (11/9/13). My husband reserved them easily over the phone and got a pdf confirmation right away. Delivery was right on time and set up/pick up was quick and easy. We got a ton of compliments on how nice and large the bouncer was and how clean and new-looking. The kids had a blast and the tables and chairs were ideal. So we had planned on using our own personal generator for our jumper but had some issues when the jumper arrived. The driver, Jose, was SUPER accommodating, helped us move the broken generator, and set us up with about 4 extension cords to get us up and running! Jose saved the day for our Grand Opening event. Rented a Train bounce house for my son's 3rd birthday. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. Ordering was convenient, I was even able to pay for the rental over the phone. We rented the Mickey Mouse Toddlers playhouse and the kids had a blast. The jumper was clean n delivered at a perfect time. The reservation process was very simple and headache free. Amazing customer service. Phone person pollite and patient. But best of all was the delivery. I shorted out my socket when I plugged too much into it and the close ones were not working either. The guy stayed and helped me try and fix the circuit breaker Nd when that didn't work helped me with extra cables to reach inside the house to working outlet. He didn't leave to next delivery until I was all set!!! read more
