Horrible. The worst. Not only in product but also in customer service. I had ordered a jumper/slide for my daughters 4th birthday and 4 of the inflatable ponies. When the kids started jumping in it, it started to sink in and deflate right away I called and the office was closed. I had a lot to do so I didnt have time to chase after them. I then realized there was only 3 ponies inflated not 4 like I had purchased. I found it in a bag behind the jumper deflated. I opened it up and started to inflate it myself only for it to go down as soon as one of the kids sat on it. I then realized it had a hole which is probably why the worker didn't inflate it in the first place! I had paid for an extra day Bc I planned to use it as a water slide for the next day just for my kids. I put my water hose in the hole only for all the water to start spilling out of the jumper! And the little water that was actually in the jumper started gathering in one little place. Needless to say it ruined my kids excitement for a jumper for her birthday.! And of course when I called that morning when they had opened the working with attitude said I should have called and when I said I did but u guys were closed he said I could have found a different way to reach us like email!!! R u kidding me I have 30 people at my house and it's my daughters bday I'm not going to drop everything and sit there and write an email!!!!! And even if I did what were u going to do then!? Ur closed!! He just told me there is nothing they can do and hung up on my before I can even say anything!!!! Just horrible! read more

They were super responsive, got to the house early and set up quick, and the Toddler-sized bounce house was both pristine and the perfect size for our 1-3 year old attendees. Edit: the next day, as predicted, rain was no longer in the forecast. I called them back up and gave them hell. To be fair, when I did, they made it right and delivered the bouncer for my daughter's birthday party. My daughter had a birthday party this last Saturday and they were on time, friendly and efficient. But the most impressive part...my daughter thought it would be "hilarious" to hide her brother's video game console in the jumper and neglected to tell us until SUNDAY, the day after the party was over. Frantic phone calls and emails were sent. They were very responsive and let me know what the cleaning process was and how long I would need to wait to see if it was recovered. We've booked them for several parties, and I probably will not use them again after this last event. We had a Halloween / birthday party for my daughter on Saturday, Oct 27. We rented a bouncer/slide combination for the event. They showed up timely for the delivery, but the delivery man brought his young child (maybe 3 or 4) who ran amok around our yard and was completely unsupervised. We have a pool, horses, big dogs, and a yard completely decorated for the party. The little boy almost fell into the pool several times and knocked down our Halloween decorations. In addition, instead of asking permission to yank up all the wires my husband had buried in his "graveyard display", the delivery man just yanked everything up and started unplugging my husbands light/thunder/lightning/fog systems. We had numerous outdoor outlets that were not being used. The man was just being a jerk. My husband was busy setting up tables around the pool, and the man should've asked my husband which outlets to use prior to messing up the display. I guess he figured that his kid had already knocked everything down.....what's a little more damage. The kids enjoyed the bouncer/slide combination, but they had to avoid exiting from the right side as it would deflate anytime one of the kids attempted to do so, and it would take a minute or so for the right blower (two blowers plugged into two different circuits) to reinflate it. The young man who picked up the inflatable was very courteous and nice. However, he left our gate open (or didn't latch it and the wind blew it open) when he left. It's just luck that one of our dogs didn't wander off the property before it was spotted. With everything that's happened the last two times we've used this company (including delivering a bouncer 3 hours early to a surprise party ---- so lucky the birthday girl left early ---- he JUST missed her); we won't be using them again. They have a great website, but the customer service (delivery people) really is subpar and bringing a young, unruly child to a customer's home is EXTREMELY unprofessional. read more

There website is very misleading. It states that you can rent all types of party equipment and in fine print says that if you do not rent a jumper - there will be a $30 delivery charge. Great, I was fine with paying the fee. However when I called and spent time on the phone going over each and every item I wanted, scheduling my pick up location/drop off time and date... at the very end of the convo the lady after I got my price quote- the lady states "oh if you are not getting a jumper we do not deliver". I was perplexed because the website stated I would be charged a fee; NOT that I couldn't get it delivered at all. It was crazy to me- I am an adult throwing an adult party - I do not need a jumper. I am writing this review so that the company will edit their website and state "No delivery unless you rent a jumper" therefore future potential clients won't waste their time like me. read more

I ordered the Lite Tropical Combo and 20 chairs for my daughter's birthday party. When I called them they explained that they actually make the jumpers and they clean them after every use. And that most jumpers were less than four years old. This sounded promising. The day of the birthday party: When the driver arrived (15 minutes late) and unloaded the jumper, we saw they had sent the wrong one (Lite Sports Combo). When we called the office, they said the Lite Tropical was damaged. It would have been only courteous to let me know ASAP, otherwise, why allow the customers to choose? "Andy" at the office offered a small discount but I talked him into a bigger discount. By the time they had the jumper setup, it was about 30 minutes past the party start time (anxious kids waiting...). They did credit me the 30 minutes but this could have been avoided with simple communications. The jumper seemed clean and the kids had a good time. Some of the chairs were a bit dirty (literally dirt on them) but the rest were fine. I'm not sure if we'll use this company again in the future. read more

Popcorn machine was in great condition and clean. Delivery slated for noon and actual delivery was a few hours earlier. Pick up right on time. Delivery confirmation a few days before actual rental date. Did some comparative shopping, and prices were competitive - with the added bonus of fantastic overall service! Easy to reserve everything online. Had to call the office a few times and both representatives were friendly, professional, and helpful. Minor problems with downloading a form, making a credit card payment online, and omitted detail of oil needed to pop the corn (I thought it was the packet w/ solidified oil & corn). I rented a 10'x10' jumper for my son's 2nd birthday and it was great! It served as both entertainment and babysitter ;) I scheduled it from 2pm-8pm but it arrived around 12:30pm and was picked up around 9:30pm - I guess it was a super busy day for them, but that was fine! I was very disappointed. The water slide was an hour and a half late. I had to call twice to make sure it was still coming while all the kids waited. They said I could keep the jumper an extra hour but they were right on time to pick it up, no extra hour! The connecting nozzle was also broken so the water hose kept slipping out. I would like to point out that It was not the drivers fault however that he was late. He was scheduled a delivery in Pomona at 9:30, one in Montebello at 9:45, and then 10:00 in Whittier. Don't ask me how he was supposed to have time to set up the jumpers and then drive to the next destination. Horrible! We get jumpers often and this place is not recommended! read more

This company canceled my reservation two days before the party, leaving me without any chance to find someone else. You should inform your customers of county restrictions at the time of reservation, not last minute. County restrictions were imposed months ago. What's great about them is that you can go there and check out a particular product you are interested in renting. Thank goodness they let me check out their large water slide! The Order: Black Rectangular Table Covers 6' tables 25 folding chairs Margarita Machine Loudspeakers The order process: Easy, clear with follow-up email. The Delivery: On time, carried everything in. Knew very little about the margarita machine. The reality: The table covers were black plastic (thought I was getting cloth, Hefty bags anyone) The loudspeakers were actually a loudspeaker! Who orders one speaker!?! Table and chairs - good fine, no problems The Margarita Machine - Did I mention delivery knew very little about the machine? Well, it wasn't properly set-up for us (as I was promised it would be) and after about an hour of the machine chugging along, the top portion that hold the mix shot off the machine, all over the hardwood floors and myself. Turns out there were some notches in the top portion that must be fitted properly for things like this to not happen. Also, the machine was sticky and covered in red goo - and the gallon mixes that they sent were actually HALF gallons. Oh, and the machine has an on/off button too! After several attempts, they finally believed me that the damn machine left me soaked in margarita and credited me for my troubles. So, Magic Jump, is A-OK. Inexpensive and A-OK read more

This place is great! We booked our magic jump through Magic Jump's website without any problems. The price quoted online was exactly what we paid, i.e., no hidden fees. The price included delivery and set-up. We paid $85 for a magic jump, scheduled from 12-8. To our pleasant surprise, the Magic Jump guys delivered our magic jump one hour early. ONE HOUR FREE-YAY! Be forewarned that they pick up promptly and quietly. We were all inside the house when Magic Jump came to pick up in their unmarked white van. (We had the magic jump set up in our front yard.) They didn't even knock on the door or give us any warning that they were taking it away. We just came out in time to see the white van driving away. All in all, we were very pleased with Magic Jump and will definitely use the again. Just wish we had seen the $10 off code on Yelp before we booked! read more
