Not great, not bad. Small and average touch wash. Employees are very nice and do a good prewash with non-scratching scrub brush. Only complaint is back of SUV (very typical at most car washes) not cleaned well and driers do not dry. I Don not recommend if concerns of spits or freezing. Not much to choose from in Enfield, but this is one of the better options, thus a 4 stars. read more

I have a Ram 1500 Crew cab, its a big truck but no bigger than other full size pickups.I had gotten a wash at the location over by Cracker Barrel. This is a touch-less wash and while I know that these types of washes will not remove road film from the paint, I would expect that all the loose surface salt and dirt would wash off. Nope, basically the roof, hood and vertical surfaces half way up the doors and up got a good rinsing. The lower doors, rocker panels front end , tailgate, bumper and rims had not gotten enough rinsing to even remove half the loose salt and dirt. I reached out to the contact through the website and was offered a refund. I supplied my name and address, asked which wash in Enfield would be best for my truck but never heard back. So today, I used a pressure washer at home to remove as much salt and sand as I could before going to the brush style wash at 570 Enfield St.I paid for the ultimate wash then went home. Looking over the truck, the entire front grill and bumper, areas around the lower body and wheelwells, rear bumper, areas around the tail-lights and tailgate all still had a heavy road film on them. Based on trying both styles of car washes and 2 out of 4 of their facilities, I feel confident in saying that the car washes we have in Enfield are not capable of fully washing a full size truck. If you are ok driving home and hand washing all the spots that were missed, then feel free to use the Magic Minit car washes. I plan on trying the washes on East Columbus Ave in Springfield next. read more

Recently stopped, my car was covered with salt and sand from the weather. Paid $12+ dollars to go through the touch-less wash. During the wash i noticed the high pressure rinse did the passenger side but seemed to skip the driver side high pressure rinse completely. I waited thinking maybe it was just timing thing. The next thing I know the green light came on and the driver side was still covered in foam. The last time I came through I tried the Hazard Ave wash and it charged my card but the wash never turned on. I figured given the reviews and the fact everyone has a bad day so I decided to try the Enfield Street wash. There was no one on site either location. This time I reached out to their customer service. Not a word back. Thats $26 for two washes I didn't receive and they couldn't even take the time to apologize. The owner reached out to me shortly after this posting. Said he was sorry about my inconvenience and wanted to make it right by sending me a gift card what was my address. Seemed legit asked me what bay i used and never heard from him again. My intent in posting was not to bully him into providing good customer service but to show patrons to be wary. Your locations are convenient but I won't be back. read more

Was just passing through. I live up north where it hasn't been above 32 in a while and my car was filthy. Found MAgic Minute in my GPS. The staff was friendly and I went right through the auto wash but when wiping off the mirrors, noticed that there was still a bit of soap that hadn't rinsed off. Drove back around to get a rinse and a towel, but instead, they adjusted the settings and put me through a 2nd time. Just as friendly, and now my car is sparkling. Would use them again. read more

If an industrial size vacuum can't pick up potato chips, and bobby-pins for $2 at 2 minutes then this place gets NO STARS for me. The suction was mild and it got worse by the second. No one around to ask for help so this Sunday's car chore was a waste. The only thing I got out of this trip was a sun tan standing there wondering if I should try again at the other available car vacuums ... I chose to leave and I'll never go there again. read more

This is a small facet with one full time associate but a great price and excellent result. When I do a mechanical car wash, I always choose the second cheapest option - I figure I'll get the basic clean car with a tiny bit extra shine. This place did not disappoint. The quality of service of their location at Scitico is going downhill fast. I've been going there for many years now (with both our cars, I always use the soft touch), but over the last year or so I've encountered several issues, once I paid for the 12,- wash but only one soap spray was applied, another time the hood of my was not washed at all, and the last time a few weeks ago, the back side of my car was not done. Yesterday, around 5:40pm, I gave it another try and after paying the $12,- and getting a green light, I got NO WASH AT ALL. When entering the wash and properly engaging the wheel lock (tried 4 or 5 times), the wash did not kick in at all, was forced to leave. The next customer had the same problem, so I also told some people waiting in line not to bother. I tried to call the emergency numbers posted on the outside of the building, but no response, so left a message. I'm done with these guys. read more

Aweful car wash. Car was moderately dirty. As I was going through I noticed some washing brushes not running and some spray nozzels not working. Someone wrote wash me on the back of my car in the dust and when I came out it was still there. Had to towel off the entire car to make it presentable. Worst carwash I have ever had. Also I was there during shift change and was forced to wait 15 minutes while they counted the money. I do NOT recommend and I will not be going back. read more

I had my truck detailed and purchased the full package. The results? My teenager could have done better. As it being a car wash, I expected a top-notch job but I was wrong. There were streaks left on the glass, on the dash and there were many spots that were still dirty that you could tell the person doing the cleaning just brush over. There were even still coffee spills on some of the cup holders. The worst was my wheels. I have custom wheels with lots of chrome bolts. When I dropped off the truck, I asked the employee if he was doing the cleaning and he said yes. So I showed him that I wanted the wheels cleaned well around the bolts. When I picked it up, the wheels had not been cleaned well and I even pointed it out to the owner. He had the kid get a rag and clean them and he STILL didn't wipe them all clean enough. I'll be looking for another place the next time I want my truck detailed. read more
