Had my nails done on Saturday. I don't know what kind of file they used but all the edges of my nails are rough. Or maybe that's because they didn't soak my nails before cutting them. They didn't paint all the way to the cuticles so my fault for not saying anything. They started to chip on Sunday, and the half of my polish came off my pointer finger on my non-dominant hand on Tuesday morning before I left for work. Not worth paying $15 for! read more

This place is AMAZING!! Switched to magic nails and spa after paying a ridiculous amount at my previous salon and I do not regret it one bit. I had Tim my first time in, and he was awesome. Just came in for the second time, Tim remembered me and made me feel so welcome. Not only me, but he went around to all of his customers and said hello and made sure they were happy and enjoying themselves. My nail tech today (didn't catch her name ) was SO friendly and literally looked through like every color to find me sparkles to add to my nails. She took her time and was so thorough and didn't rush even though she had another appointment right after me. The reasonable price is just the icing on the cake (and my nails last me 4-5 weeks and still look great with NO chips at all!) read more

All of the ladies do a great job the Mani Pedi combo is a really good deal around like 35 or 38 or something and that comes with the paraffin wax and the massaging. I have been here twice. The first time was for an SNS manicure, and it was amazing! The man who did my nails was so nice and welcoming, and the quality was great. I went back today for a pedicure. I had shellac on my nails, & the girl had clue how to remove it. She had to ask co-worker how to remove it, and it was clear she was mildly irritated while taking off the shellac. Other than that, she was very nice and the pedicure does look great. However, she put 3 layers of nail polish on my toes and then when she was finished proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to sit down at the uv light table to dry off the thick 3 layers quicker, that would be an additional $5, that was the first time I have ever heard of a salon charging for that. There was a baby screaming and crying for the duration of my whole pedicure so even if I wanted to sit there, I was not able to tolerate that baby for one more minute. Also, as I was paying she informed me that removing the shellac was an extra $5, which again, this was the first time I have heard of a salon doing that. How is removing SNS from nails not extra, but removing shellac from toes is? Very strange. read more

Really disappointing...I had a $100 gift certificate that expired, however, half of the time it was valid was during the COViD closures. I was going to bring in a large party to get pedicures and redeem it today (the total would've been well over the $100), but they won't honor the gift certificate. The $100 came from a group gift and I let everyone know that contributed to my gift card that they won't let me use it, so Magic has lost 10 other customers who feel that they stole their money. I even mentioned the pandemic and they still said no. I understand that the pandemic isn't their fault, but it also wasn't my fault that the unexpected closures made it inaccessible to use my gift certificate. It's a shame we couldn't have met in the middle...I would have been happy to make it worth their time and pay over the $100 total and the least they could have done was let me use a portion of the gift certificate. Super sad and disappointed...really unethical. read more

They do a GREAT job!! I've been going here for well over a year and any time I've gone somewhere else I've regretted it, they do one of the best manicure and acrylics I've ever had. I judged moved from Charlotte to Denver and was looking for a new nail spot and this place came recommended by a friend. I feel spoiled coming from Charlotte where we had an abundance of posh, fun nail salons. This one was okay but nothing special in my opinion. I get gel polish and she put the coat on very thick so it peeled off rather quickly. They were pretty busy but I was able to get in without much of a wait. My toes chipped on the way home and my nails weren't dry as I was rushed out of there. Cheap prices should not equal poor service. Went in for a fill on acrylics and a nail polish change. Got to me fast and staff was friendly. The lady I had was a little rough on my cuticles, and she rushed through very fast on my nails. She didn't cover some of the spots on my nails, and I also got a matte layer on top, which she also didn't cover my whole nail with that. So now they look a little weird with some random shiny spots on my mostly matte nails. I mean it was only $18 for the fill which is pretty good, but as far as quality I won't be back. read more

Gross. Getting a pedicure done as we speak and the lady shook off all the skin that she scraped off from my feet into the bath water my feet were still soaking in. And cleaning off her tools in the water while my feet are still in the water. Soooooo unsanitary. So discussed. read more

The ladies working here were extremely nice, but would not return. Had a manicure done on Thursday, it started chipping on Friday and the majority of the nail polish had fallen off come Saturday. Poor longevity. Did not do anything extreme, other than wash my hands, during this time. read more

Got my nails done here for the first time. I loved it. There were so many options for my color. My acrylic set looks amazing and the gentleman doing my nails took his time to ensure I was pleased with them. Everyone was so nice. My friend and I got two different services which got done at different times. I was done first and staff made sure I could go sit with my friend and while she was getting finished up. My daughter and I just had pedicures there. Her technician was great. Mine was on the phone talking and late. I explained that I was going on a job interview and will be wearing opened toed, sling back shoes. She did not take off the polish that was on my toes buffed a little, not enough to take off polish or buff my nails. They still our ridged. She missed cutting one nail and it was left really long. She kept looking around like she did not know what to do! If she was not doing that she was watching the clock. My heels are still gross. She put the stuff on then immediately used the planer. Never used a buffer except when she was massaging my feet and then only a little bit on one foot, one spot. She also put all the dead skin in the water. Gross. Rinsed the tools in the water as well. The file and buffer had been used many times before. She put 4 layers of polish on my big toes. Over an hour since we left and it just smudged. At 33.33 dollars each it was not worth it for me. My daughter had a good technician. My technician was new or still did not know what to do. She has straight hair and wears glasses. The person my daughter had was wonderful. The person I had, was awful. If we were staying longer I would go back and show the owner. I will also have to get my feet done again before Friday. What a waste of money. read more

It takes a lot for me to rate a place 1 star but I scheduled an appointment two days in advance for 2:15pm at this nail salon, I arrived and checked in with the owner at 2:10pm. I picked out my nail polish and waited patiently to be seated. I waited until 2:40pm & still no one waited on me. Now I understand that nail salons get busy but when I saw 2 employees finish with their clients and sit down to do each other's nails that's when I decided to leave. I have never experienced this type of service before & with all the great reviews I read about this nail salon, I truly expected more. read more
