I have a great experience every time. The space is well lit, clean, and beautiful, which makes it a really relaxing place. I usually get Builder Gel and occasionally come in for pedicures. Hana is my nail tech and she's fantastic. She does both complex nail art and simple, classic styles really well, and my nails always turn out exactly how I want them. The individuals at the front desk are also very nice and efficient, and it's great that many of the techs have been here for a long time. I used to always come here but I'm never coming back after the experience I just had. I made an appointment over 24 hours in advance for a normal polish basic pedicure. I got there at my appointment time, picked out my color and started to wait. I was sitting waiting for 30 minutes and then went and asked when they expect I might be taken back, they said they'd let me know as soon as they could but then I sat there for another 15 minutes and they don't give me any sort of update. So I let them know I'm about to leave, I'm just not willing to wait any longer and they say "oh we have a chair ready for you now!" I go sit in it and no nail tech is there. I sit for another 10 minutes then someone finally comes over and starts the pedicure. Then they tell me their other client arrived and they can't do my nails after all. So I just dried my feet and walked out after waiting an hour past my appointment time. I feel so bad for the staff because clearly it was insanely busy/maybe short-staffed but it was horribly managed. Multiple people in front of me had also canceled their appointments due to long wait times. They must've overbooked or accepted too many walk in's...very very frustrating and never going back unfortunately :( read more

Unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing. The appointments felt rushed, and my nails started chipping within a week. Considering the price, I expect much better quality and longevity. Beautiful salon and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We could book easily for a larger group. 4 instead of 5 because no champagne or mimosas and the prices were really high. I am grateful to Nicole for doing a marvelous corrective manicure to fix the mess made by my last nail salon. She created beautiful peachy nails for me and gave a surprise deep moisturizing treatment with my hand massage. I used to buy shoes in this building that has been renovated into a fancy place to relax and be pampered. And the pricing is amazing. Alright, I've found it. I've finally found my salon after moving to a new city and trying places for months. The place was so spa like and all of the staff were so nice! I got a pedicure and the chairs were amazing, I literally fell asleep! Nina did my toes and she did a great job. She also did my gel manicure and she got exactly what I wanted! Overall I really like BSN's. I have been going for over a year to the same person and have developed a really nice relationship. She and the quality of her work are top notch. That said, I recently had a bad experience with the management team, specifically Tony. I had made an appointment weeks in advance, when I arrived I was told my tech was not in and that they had called, left voicemails, and texted. I didn't receive any of these and showed the text I had received the day prior confirming my appointment with no notes on changes to tech. Tony was defensive and almost accusatory. It was very frustrating as a simple 'I called everyone but I'm sorry you didn't get it' would have sufficed and we could have moved forward. He was able to get me in with someone else but its been over a week and its still sitting poorly with me how he handled the interaction. It felt like he was trying to cover his tracks and gaslighting me. I hope he sees this and changes his attitude when dealing with customers. read more

So I have been coming here for a few years now, you can see I have previously left a review because I loved them so much. But over the last couple years they have just gotten busier and busier that I feel like they don't care at all about quality. It's like who can be the fastest to finish and get the next person. The staff is nice I have never had an issue. I just keep giving it a chance and I keep getting sloppy gel manicures. The last time I came to blue sky the gel came off pretty much the next day which was very upsetting. With that in my mind today when the nail tech was just going for it full throttle all on the sides wasn't caring at all about cleaning off polish on my sides. I pointed it out to her during the process and I said "If we cure the polish like this on my skin it will peel off" She said like oh yeah I'll fix it... She cured it and just kept going through the process and at the end just kinda filed things away. I felt like my cuticles weren't cleaned up All the shavings from filing she just left on my hands so they were gritty and she just lathered like cuticle nails on my hands after. I paid and left a decent tip and left. In my car I just was so freaking annoyed I paid 115 for a mani pedi the pedi is fine but the mani just was sloppy...o could already see where things would peel off. So I went back in and I was like this already is chipping (I wish I got the genuine before picture but didn't I was so flustered) but originally the red was completely cracked it had to be redone the black had to be completely redone and the blue pinky. I pointed to her my blue thumb, and both middle fingers and she just shaved them with a file. After "fixing them" I left and took the pics in my car to send to a gf. Her response was "did you do those yourself they don't look great but they aren't ugly" Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back in and be like f this. So I left and had to go to a work event and I showed them my nails and people were all like oh that's a bummer you could of cleaned your cuticles and painted better than this :) (yes I know I could of done better) Well it's been 11 hours since the manicure I just took a shower and I already know this won't last more than like three days and I will give an update when the first color peels off. I'm just disappointed with the lack of quality. I even for a while stopped coming and tried a place in cherry creek. But decided to give it another try for my Taylor swift nails. And I regret coming here so that's unfortunate. I hate wasting money and I just feel like this was a waste I could of done it myself and it would of looked better and lasted longer. I wish my cuticles were actually cleaned up and I wish the nail tech was patient enough to make crisp clean strokes so that peeling wouldn't occur. Overall they aren't horrendous but they just look like I did them or my boyfriend did them. I suck at speaking up so I'm proud of myself for going back in intially but I wish I said more because I'm just not happy at all. -----UPDATE ---- It's Sunday evening 7/16 and the red finger that was completely redone when I complained has come off :) Here's a timeline Friday 7/14 at noon had apt that's described above Friday 7/14 evening showered noticed lifting and peeling Saturday 7/15 I took a quick shower noticed more lifting of the polish Sunday 7/16 red nail has completely come off after my evening shower. Super fun lasted literally a little over 2 days. I reviewed other reviews and other people are expediencing this as well. I expect better from you all because I know you can do better. Made a last minute appointment to get gel manicure and pedicure and really satisfied with my nails. I had an appointment for 6 and I was out by 7 pm. I am impressed with the cleanliness and speediness of the technicians. I also got the aloe believe it or not pedicure and loved the massage kathy gave me. Thank you for perfecting my toes!! I don't know if it was because it was so busy but the man who did my nails did it so rushed and sloppy. My nails were way to thick and not rounded nicely varying in size. They started to come up not even after 2 weeks! He didn't do any cuticle prep or cleanup and the French tips were uneven. I went to blue sky for an acrylic fill and color change for my nails, had Danny he was fantastic; executed the shape perfectly. A day later my nail popped off clean, so today I went in today so it could be fixed. The front desk was very unresponsive, and uncooperative in assisting me. Nails done exactly as requested. I have regular nails- no tips. Wanted a very natural looking French with dipping powder and dip top coat. Not too pink (this helps as the nails grow , the backfill area blends better). many places insist on gel as top coat, which is usually NOT my preference. It's too thick and discolors by the 2 week mark. Dip top coat is the way I prefer. Nhan was efficient and paid close attention to detail. She ok'd shape and white band width as she went along. She made sure I OK'd what she was doing. She did a mani pedi without wasting time or upselling me on extra services. She focused on the work - not taking phone calls or gabbing with other nail techs. I found this really relaxing. I wasn't offered a pedi menu, but I got exactly the pedicure I wanted. And matching slippers too, lol. Not sure if that was even intended. The next test of a mani pedi is time. If everything was done right, manicure should last 2.5 weeks + and pedi at least a month. I feel like these will. All nails are well filed and snag free. The base at the cuticle is well tapered down towards the cuticle. I find when it's done right, the dip coat won't lift at the cuticle. Fingers crossed this manicure lasts (pun intended). Honestly I really don't understand the reviews that say people feel rushed/or in a "drive through" like nail salon. Every time I have been in they always take their time with me, are gentle and make sure I like the color/shape/thickness (if I get dip) before the proceed to the next step. I've never once had the same person do my nails and the quality never changes! I can't speak highly enough of this place! I always recommended to all my friends who are looking for a new mail place.
