Visited Magic on 70 earlier today with my wife Kalie. We visited Lynn's other shop, Bull City Magic in Durham, a day or two ago and heard about this location so we decided to make the drive from our home in Raleigh to check it out. We are so glad that we did! Both shops are fantastic. The atmosphere of the cafe is calm and welcoming. The coffee and tea selection is unique and delicious, and the quality of the stock of gems, minerals, and jewelry is impressive. I ended up walking out with a beautiful Smoky quartz piece that is unlike any specimen I've handled before. The owner and staff are exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about everything that they carry. Our visit was like a breath of fresh air that left us walking out feeling calm, refreshed, and ready to take on 2020. Magic on 70 is a special place of all things Magic. I attended the workshop " Working with the Anscetors" last night by the owner Lynn and Tom Swain. They created an atmosphere by the fire that provided a deep insight and education of Hallow Night. It gave me a space and time to reflect on my loved ones that have past to give tribute to them. They provided essential tools (pendulum, sage, crystals and much more) to be entuned to my spiritual guides. I highly recommend visiting Lynn and Tom Swain at Magic on 70 to have a great conversation, book a medium reading by Lynn, select crystals, pendulums, candles, tarot cards, or a cup of their of gourmet coffee/tea Magik brand. I came in with my friends yesterday & met one of the owners, Tom! The store is absolutely lovely with a decent selection of small crystals & larger towers/sculptures/pendants. They have a variety of jewelry, candles, incense & sage esq smudge tools as well as books on the occult & Wicca. They also have yummy treats & drinks. I really enjoyed the art and the vibes! Tom was one of the nicest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, anything I wanted to know about in the store he had answers for. We spent probably about 35 minutes talking and he spoke about his wife who is a medium among alot of other awesome titles. The store was so cute and the Himalayan salt brick wall was amazing. Friendly shop with very knowledgeable staff. I've been in here twice and everyone here is very friendly. One of the owners was there when I went this Sunday and he was very friendly and informative. He gave us a free life path reading and it was pretty spot on for us. They have anything from candles, crystals, rings, necklaces, pendulums, books, etc! I've been dying to stop at Magic on 70 for awhile, on my way to Hillsborough, and I finally stopped today. It's one of the best new age stores I've been to since Miami Beach. They have a very assorted range of crystals. Their jewellery is beautifully designed as well as theThe tarots cards They also a great espresso bar that I will definitely try the next time. read more

Attended an ancestors class and it was great! The free coffee and danish was very tasty Included in the class was a skull candle, smokey quartz, and mugwort we were able to take home. Lynn (owner/psychic) made sure everyone understood her lesson and beyond. I love this place read more
