I drove pretty far to visit MagikCraft based on raving reviews from coworkers. I will say that the employees are all very friendly and helpful. They love their jobs and are proud to support other local businesses as well. There's so much to see in this shop; it's a bit tight, crowded, and overwhelming. However, I found some nice polished crystals and a spirit bear to add to my altar. I like this shop a lot because there's no bad energy here and there's so much to look at. From tumbled crystals to a large selection of tarot decks all the way to CBD products and honey jars, there's something for everyone. I didn't really like hearing an employee say that they cast a spell on the shop to boost sales, that felt icky. The other reason for not giving 5 stars is because this shop is very pricey. There's raw crystals that are 3-4x the price of other competitors. I know stores need to make profit but it was unreasonably high. I'm glad I visited this shop but I definitely don't think it's worth the long drive. read more

He spent time helping me find additional items and offered amazing advice! This place is pretty cool. I went here a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty new to magic things. I always loved stones and they had a great variety of stones with difference properties so that was nice. I wanted some oil for protection and they had two different types, I asked the cashier what the difference was and she said idk but let me call the owner and find out for you. The owner answered the phone and gave a detailed description! This is great customer service and I feel like they were happy to share there knowledge with people who don't know much about this type of stuff. I haven't used my products yet but overall I had a good experience. They really seem to care about their customers. So I drive all the way from Littleton to come to this shop, after leaving all my crystals in California. I was so excited because this was the only spiritual shop that I have not visited in North Carolina. Upon entering, I was not greeted or welcomed at all because the employee was having a personal conversation. That's a turn off. Not once did he stop to say hello, greet me as a customer or even so much as make eye contact. Upon entering we were not greeted by anyone and we were constantly being watched pretty hard which was quite uncomfortable for the both of us. I've been to quite a few spiritual and crystal shops in NC and SC. The prices here are outrageous!!! 3x the amount they should be. Loved the store and found everything I needed but when checking out they did not give me a receipt so I was a bit skeptical and checked again and realized they had overcharged me $20 (I had $60 worth of items but I was charged $80.) The staff was no help in reimbursing the overcharge and did not know how to fix it so they gave no solution and just took the $20 and said there was nothing they could do. I love crystal shops!! I was looking for incense, gemstones, etc. I read the yelp reviews in advance and decided to give the shop a try today on my lunch break. The store is a very cute shop with a lot of different areas to explore. Tom (Lynn's husband) greeted us and was very welcoming. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Tom even provided a small educational (and fun) session about spirit readings and similar areas. He made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all.
