I wound up behind him on another road at a red light. As we went up the road I passed him, he in turn passed me while simulating oral sex with his hands and mouth, gave me the finger again and sped away. How do I know it was him? What kind of a "clown" has a license plate that advertises his name, is dressed like a clown, drives aggressively and simulates sex acts when exhibiting road rage? Macaroni! I really hope he doesn't exhibit this type of behavior while performing for children.

But after a few minutes into his routine, even the adults were riled up with excitement and laughter! Macaroni did everything: hilarious one-liners, juggling, balloon animals, and magic tricks! He is an absolute professional and involved all the children into his act. He made sure each child left with a balloon sculpture and even stayed a little late to make sure no one was missed. The order itself was pricey to begin with so it was disappointing that the original quote didn't include this for the get-go. Then the day of the delivery, their driver went to the wrong address so the order was late. I requested an itemized receipt for the charges, that way I can submit my expense report. It's been over two weeks and a number of e-mails later and I still never received the receipt. I guess there is no rush on their end because they were already paid via Venmo. I really hope that NYC Balloons reads this so they can improve on their service going forward. I don't think I will use their service again which is too bad because I like to support local businesses.

I paid $807.53 for a balloon arch and did not get what I ordered. I posted a picture to show just how badly Jeff Hersh and his team messed up with the order. He promised that he would be able to produce the arch he was shown, but still managed to somehow get it wrong. It is no wonder he refused to answer my questions regarding his company's refund policies prior to my credit card purchase of the arch. His staff showed up to the event unprepared with plain balloons (I paid extra for "pearl" balloons). I contacted him three times with regards to getting a refund since he failed to deliver the "pearl" balloons and the type of arch that I purchased. Every time he said to wait one week for the refund process to go through. It is nearly 2 months after the event and I am not expecting him to deliver on his promised refund. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Stay away from this business.
