We were expecting some pretty bad weather that weekend, and when I reached out ahead of time to understand their protocols and what we should expect, they were so reassuring and made me feel completely confident going into the weekend. Thankfully, the weather ended up being totally fine! We did a round trip from New Jersey into NYC for dinner, and our driver was fantastic. He was right on time, extremely easy to find, and kept in touch with me throughout the night. He even texted to see if we needed more time at dinner or if we were ready for pickup, which I really appreciated. He was an excellent driver and made the entire experience feel seamless. And the party bus itself was SO much fun! It was beautiful, clean, and in great condition, with waters available for everyone. The driver was friendly and accommodating, and the inside of the bus was decorated so nicely. There was comfy seating and really cute photo op walls perfect for all the photos we were taking!! First we were driven to a brewery and the bus waited for us until we were done. The drive to the brewery got the party started - champagne was passed out and the music was pumping. Then when we were ready we wakes right outside the brewery and the bus was ready to scoop us, they also took as many photos of us as we wanted inside and outside of the bus. Our driver "Ocean" was extremely unprofessional, drove recklessly, arrived late to the one destination we made it to, appeared visibly under some kind of influence, slept on rocks outside of our church, to which we had to search for him, eventually finding him appearing disheveled after our church ceremony. My husband's house is 8 minutes away from my house, yet it took our driver over an hour and a half to arrive, which made the second stop significantly behind schedule. My house was 20 minutes away from our church, yet it took the driver over an hour to make it there as well. Everyone complained that the driver was driving recklessly, kept missing turns, the AC was out in 90° weather, and Ocean had a very bizarre demeanor. After church let out, we were searching for our driver, to which we found him asleep outside, no shirt, no socks, looking disheveled. We did not attempt to leave for our final destination, the venue after the church, until about an hour after our agreed time, which is when our bus broke down. The bus driver did not make an announcement, except for when he told all of us to get out. At this point we called and received no resolution from the company to arrive to our last destination. We, the bride and groom, along with our entire bridal party, had to arrange for our own rides to the venue on our wedding day because of this. Overall, our whole experience was very disappointing, unprofessional, and incomplete. I was able to get my security deposit returned after playing phone tag with the manager.

Other than running errands and little thinks like making cookie boxes, stuffing guest bags, putting signs in frames etc... so I wanted this to go perfect and it did. He called us from the road on his way. He was slightly cheaper than the truck our friend's used in brooklyn but most importantly he was nicer. I will recommend them to everyone. The kids were all really impressed and had a great time. They gave a great selection and the truck is in tip top shape and my husband loved the air conditioning.
